    I want to give them zero stars do not sign up for this. It is trash and you will never get rid of them. They should be thrown in prison.

    I would happily join a class action suit against this company for fraudulent services.I was on a bi-monthly order for razors only. DSC then shipped and billed me for a $28 dollar package for additional items.I called to complain, and the lady told me that I must have placed the order. I told her I didn't. We resolved the first issue.Two months later they have shipped me a second 28 dollar order, and now they do not answer the phone number on the credit card billing.

    Sorry for the trouble. It looks like some products were added as a subscription back on March 6th, which is why you were billed the extra amount. We've gone ahead and refunded you for that full order today. You should see this refund in a few business days. We also cancelled all your subscriptions so you won't be billed or shipped anything going forward. If you would like to still. get the blades only on a bi-monthly schedule, please contact us via email or live chat on the website and we would be happy to help with that.

    I'm writing to express my frustration regarding my recent order placed on January 31st. Despite paying for the Eye Savior product and receiving an email confirmation that my box shipped on February 2nd, the product was not included when I received the shipment on February 5th. When I contacted support, Crisdel L. apologized for the missing item and offered me store credit. However, this solution is unacceptable as I was neither provided with the product nor given a sincere apology for charging me without delivering the item. According to the representative, the product went out of stock on February 3rd, a day after my box was shipped. This leads me to believe there was either a significant oversight or misinformation on your end.If your company was aware of the stock shortage, why wasn't this communicated to me proactively? Why did I have to reach out to support to address the issue and only be offered store credit as a remedy? Expecting me to use the store credit and pay for additional shipping and handling to get the same product is both unfair and frustrating. This experience has led me to cancel my subscription after many years.I demand an explanation as to why this situation was handled so poorly. Why did your company not take responsibility for the error and inform its customers accordingly? While I understand that stock issues can occur, I am highly dissatisfied with the lack of communication, the unfair charges, and the inadequate resolution provided.

    Long time customer of this company and recently noticed the payments that were automatically drafted from my account were way higher than what I signed up for. I also havent even received the product the last few times a payment came out so they just took my money for absolutely nothing! I tried multiple times through different methods (chat on their website, calling their number and emailing them) to cancel my subscription but its like no one even works at this company. I accessed my account through their website and my subscription wasnt even showing under my account so I couldnt cancel it that way. It was like I didnt even have a subscription, but they were overcharging my card every month. Im convinced this is one big scam now so do NOT EVER sign up for their subscriptions! Had to call my bank so they could cancel it to get the autodrafts to stop. Ridiculous!

    I think they made canceling the subscription as difficult as possible so they can keep ringing up credit cards. Ive been with dsc for 13 yrs roughly. The password I have doesnt work and the reset my password doesnt work. Ive used all my emails because I never received a link. I emailed customer service no one response . The ** is garbage it just answers questions that are in the **** I want to cancel my subscription. It feels like im trapped. I didnt write that much all my frustrations are in every single one of those 1 star complaints. If youre reading this I want to cancel my subscription please.

    I've canceled my subscription, got on line and I thought I removed my credit card. I got enough razor blades to last until I die. and they still keep sending me stuff and charging. I'm going to dispute the charges this time and they will not paid. Don't sign up with Dollar Shave Club!!!

    I just received my order in the mail from Dollar Shave Club and am thoroughly disgusted. There is visible hair on the razors that were shipped to me. This is a health hazard and is completely unacceptable. We have used these razors for years and now feel we need to be tested for infectious diseases!!! Completely unacceptable!!!

    Have been with DSC for several years. Seems it has becomming more and more a headache dealing with them. I received an e-mail a few days ago that I needed to change my payment options. I had had to change my credit card twice in the past month deu to credit card fraud, apperantly I did not have the current one updated on file. The shortcut on the e-mail takes me to the home page, but I can't access anything to change my payment options. I tried just logging on to the site, but get the same problem. When I am on the site, it shows I have no subscritions. I have been with DSC almost from they started so I am not a new customer, and haven't made any changes in a few years. I also get a notice that if my account is before 2023, I need to setup/update account. I click on this and they sent a code to my phone, the box to put the code in quickly comes up, than disappers. I treid going via chat for help. It was late before the weekend and they said they would be available 900 Monday. (to chat with someone?). I sent an e-mail to them. I went back on Monday morning and got the same message and they told me to leave an e-mail, which I did again. The phone number doesn't seem to get me anywhere. I have had problems before, in the past, and each time it gets harder and harder to resolve simple problems. My e-mail had also changed, but that is reflected in my account, and I am able to get e-mails form DSC through the new e-mail account.

    This is for the dollar shave club. Have tried numerous times to redeem a $25 shave club gift card to no avail. Have chatted online with representative to help me but still to no avail. Have sent photo of back of card to see if I can get an order of a razor and blades Every time I go onto the site to redeem the card and put in email address and try to put in a password. It will either throw me off or not allow me to go to the next step. I will attach a photo of my gift card And request if possible you send me $25 worth of a razor and blades at my home address:*************************************************************Thank you in advance for your help

    O was a happy customer for many years. I got my shipments of high quality toiletries regularly for many years. I do not know what happened but suddenly I was getting poor quality equipment. In the years since I signed up my email address has changed. without a current email address I can not log into my account to cancel my order. I have been getting garbage equipment for years. The customer service number hangs up on me each and ever time I try to call them and I can not access my account to take any action. I have even tried to pause my credit card to no avail At some point lack of access for an automatic shipment because fraud let alone bait and switch.
