      On the morning of 06/12/2025 I woke up to a message that my Facebook account (under the email *********************** of over 15 years was suspended for violating community standards. I thought there must be some mistake. I only use my Facebook account for sharing videos and pictures of my wife and son and do genealogical research and run family groups. So I appealed the suspension thinking it would be corrected quickly. 3 hours later, also seemingly by ai moderation, the appeal was over and my account was deactivated for violating their policy on child sexual exploitation. I was aghast, enraged, and heartbroken. Ive been accused of something that would be a federal offense and no specific post mentioned, no specific act described. That was it. **** makes it impossible to reach by normal methods. Impossible to feel confident that a human reviewed the case. This is bad business practices and a bad faith operator. I have had my account since you had to be invited to join. 15 years of posts and memories gone. Im livid. This is wrong. This must be corrected.

      To Meta Leadership,I am filing this as an official consumer and civic complaint. Your selective enforcement of content moderation is actively harming public discourse. Youve built a platform that enables extremist content while silencing citizens who dare to criticize government officials. Your actions are not about safetythey are about control.I demand an immediate review of your moderation practices, transparency in decision-making, and accountability for the blatant censorship of politically relevant speech.The public sees through the hypocrisy.       Dear Better Business Bureau,I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to request your urgent assistance regarding my Instagram account, @zava (******************************), which was recently banned without clear explanation. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue directly through Instagrams official support channelsincluding appeals and contacting their help centerI have not received any meaningful response or clarification on the reasons behind the ban.This account is extremely important to me, both personally and professionally. It represents years of effort building a community and engaging with followers, and its sudden suspension has caused significant disruption and distress. I have always strived to adhere strictly to ******************** Guidelines and Terms of Service, and I firmly believe this ban was made in error or based on incomplete information.The email associated with the banned account is ****************************************************, all direct efforts to communicate with Instagram have failed, leaving me with no other option but to seek your help as a last resort.       had my main Instagram account logged in on my phone along with a second, inactive account that was created a long time ago and not in use. On [27 JUNE 2025], Instagram disabled the inactive (fake) account and immediately after that, my main personal Instagram account was suspended as well.The main account had no warnings, no suspicious activity, and no policy violations to my knowledge. It had always followed Instagrams terms of use and community guidelines, and was in good standing. The account is very important to me as it contains personal data, memories, and years of content.I attempted to contact Instagram through all official channels, including the in-app appeal form and Facebooks support inbox, but I have not received any response. No explanation was provided for the suspension of my main account. I believe this may be a system error or linked to the presence of the other account on the same device but these are two separate accounts with different purposes.I am requesting that Instagram review the suspension of my main account and restore access, or at the very least provide a clear explanation for why the account was taken down. Im more than willing to verify identity or comply with any process required for resolution.I hope this complaint helps escalate the issue so it can be resolved fairly.

      My pages keep getting takin men down, deleted then restored its becoming a bit frustrating my account has no issues Ive put hard earned money into my account Im also in the creators fund now thats taken from me thats not fair it feels like Im playing multiple games with Facebook theyll restore my page let me have it for 3 days then delete my page again meta has ruined the Facebook experience for me and thousands of others to the point over ******* people signed up for a class action against them and it makes it no better you have no Facebook support to talk to unless youre paying for a subscription this is greed

      For one Facebook has incorporated ai which ***** for the past 2 weeks my accounts constantly get deleted then reinstated then deleted again days later on accounts that have no risks or issues its getting draining this is how I make my money my Facebook pages is ******* **** and Aliyah ****** theres no real way to contact Facebook which is frustrating for others its not fair how my pages keep getting deleted and Im at no risk of anything I will soon open a class action case against them they have no issue stealing our information but cant even work their ai properly

      For the past five days, I have been unable to post in any of the Facebook groups I am a member of. Every time I attempt to post, I receive a message stating that my ability to post has been restricted due to spam activity.This restriction is unjustified and appears to be in error. I have never posted spam in any group. In fact, in some of the groups, particularly recently joined ones, I have never posted anything at all, which makes this restriction even more confusing.I submitted three support requests through Facebooks ************** to inquire about and challenge the restriction. However, I have not received a single response from Meta (Facebook) to this day.This lack of transparency and communication, combined with a restriction that lacks any valid basis, is deeply frustrating and unprofessional.       My personal Instagram account, @**************, was wrongfully disabled by **** with the serious and defamatory label sexual exploitation of a minor an accusation that is 100% false and has no explanation, context, or evidence. I take this very seriously, as it affects my name, reputation, and mental well-being.Even worse, my separate business account, @christianlittleguitar, which is dedicated solely to professional guitar content and brand partnerships, was also taken down despite having no violations whatsoever. This has severely impacted my ability to do my job, run my business, and maintain partnerships with brands.I paid $14.99 to access Metas support chat in hopes of resolving this, but was misled by multiple agents who gave false assurances that my appeal would be reviewed within 2448 hours. My appeals were ignored or denied with no meaningful explanation or review.I work professionally in social media and rely on Instagram for my business. I am now effectively banned from using the platform at all, and cannot create a new account under my name.       My main Instagram account was wrongfully banned. It was bannned for child sexual exploition, yet the day I got banned, did I not engage in any of that nor have I did it recently before, haven't ever done it nor have I been reported for it because I never had done it before. I go to appeal, and it got immediately denied. Instagram/**** went straight to deleting my account, all my media, all my followers, everything that I have worked for and had for 10+ years. I use my main account for my personal photography and my ecommerce business promotions. Not only did my main account get banned, my second account that I dont use got banned, my Threads account tied to my main account got banned, and my Facebook account that I had for about 15+ years got banned as well. I cannot contact Instagram, Facebook, or Meta support in any way, shape or form. There's no phone number to contact customer service, theres no customer service email, there's not even anywhere on the help & support website where you can speak to an agent or anyone. I have been wrongfully accused of child sexual exploitation, which is defamatory, and it's not acceptable that there's no way to contact this company to tell them their mistake. I am not the only person affected by this. There are, with no exaggeration, hundreds to thousands of people being wrongfully banned by Meta/Instagram for child sexual exploitation. The company has made no effort to work with me or anyone else, nor have they acknowledged the serious issue going on, they've been keeping this problem underwraps, meanwhile their stock price has been going up significantly as this false accusation ban wave has been going on. There's no human contact at all within the company to help anyone resolve their issues. I want my accounts back because I did not do anything to break guidelines. If I have to take Meta to court, I will, but this is unacceptable coming from ****.
