      I am filing this complaint because my Instagram account (@memurguncelhaber) was permanently disabled by ******************** on June 30, 2025. I received a generic notice stating the content allegedly violated Community Standards, yet no specific post, explanation, or chance to appeal was ever provided. The decision appears arbitrary and completely lacks transparency or due process.I attempted to use Metas support forms and appeal links; however, all are broken or redirect to dead pages. As a result, there is no official or functional way to request a review or communicate with support. This violates basic digital consumer rights and reasonable expectations of platform accountability.The closed account contained years of personal messages, business data, media, and communications. The lack of data access, without an appeal process, may constitute violations under laws such as the ************ Protection Regulation (GDPR Articles 12, 15, 17) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), both of which protect a users right to access and delete their data, and request explanations for automated decisions.While I am not directly requesting account reinstatement here, I am demanding:1. Access to all personal data and content associated with the account.2. A specific explanation of the alleged violation.3. Internal escalation of this complaint to a qualified team within *****All standard support channels have failed, and I am left without options.       Im writing about Meta/Facebook. 13 years of my life, memories, wedding, vacation, children and my late wifes memorial were ripped away from me with zero warning and I have been banned from FB. There is no way for me to appeal, because my account has been wiped out, and I dont get that option. It comes down to a business page I created and shared a business card from another store inviting people to visit. Its for a store that sells firearms. Keep in mind, not once did I ever say they could be sold on FB! In fact I never listed a price or anything !! I posted a pic of a business card with name, address and phone number. Thats all!! I was permanently banned, with no way to talk to a human to fight this. Whats not fair is I previously had worked for another company and I posted stuff all the time on their account and its still up and active. Every single major firearms brand has a FB page and they post and dont get banned. I think FB is in the wrong, they misunderstood the context of my post. I literally didnt do anything wrong. You cant ban me forever and let 900 other people have an account. Thats not fair. The only few pics I have left of my wife before she died is on FB, all of those memories, everything. I need this back. They also took away Instagram and thread because they own those accounts too. If it was simple like they wanted me to redo my page, all they needed to do was ask. Please dont destroy what little I have left of my memories with my family. Im also an Army veteran and I talk to my battle buddies on FB and now I have no clue how to find them or get ahold of them. This is causing emotional and mental damage. Its not fair at all.

      My Instagram account was wrongly suspended for child exploitation despite never posting any content. Instagrams appeal system is broken and wont let me complete verification. I have no way to speak with a human or appeal. Im being permanently locked out of my account unfairly.

      My Instagram account (@************** was suddenly disabled without any explanation, warning, I even appealed but nothing happened. I did not violate any of ******************** guidelines or terms of service, and I have received only automated replies from **** with no way to reach a human support representative.This account is personal and very important to me. I use it to stay in touch with friends, archive personal moments, and connect with communities. Its sudden loss has caused major emotional and digital disruption.I have already submitted appeals using Meta's own privacy and support forms, but Ive only received automated case numbers and no action has been taken.       My Instagram account, @jizellekiyomi, was hacked on June 22, 2025. The hacker changed both the email and phone number connected to the account. I still have access to my original email address and phone number, but I can no longer log in.I submitted Instagrams selfie verification process three times but have not received any recovery email or follow-up from Instagram. The system loops me endlessly in a verification cycle with no resolution, and the Meta Verified support chat has been entirely unhelpful, offering only bot responses.I believe my account is currently disabled or hidden, not deleted, but if the hacker requests deletion, I understand Instagram permanently deletes accounts after 30 days. I am now urgently requesting a manual human review and full access restored before permanent deletion occurs.This account holds personal and professional value, including my identity, photos, and original content.Please escalate this case to your internal team immediately, as all automated methods have failed.

      Around 1/24/25 Meta or Facebook removed my access to their marketplace feature which I used for commerce. Since then they show that within 6 months max you should be reinstated but they do not answer my questions, never have and have never given me any reason to why my access was blocked. **** does not have customer service you can directly contact. In fact they do not even have an email option to ask questions or get help. They claim you can dispute by filing for a review but that is also false and they do not list that option. This has caused me a lot of issues and I would like an explanation and my access back to marketplace. I feel **** operates under false pretense and are not honest about their polices. They have no customer service and do what they want without regard to their customers. This is beyond bad business practice and their deception needs to be held accountable

      ********* runs Facebook and Instagram. Not too long ago they released an AI moderation tool. This tool has run rampant banning people under false accusations of CHILD SEXUAL EXPLOITATION. I am a law abiding citizen. This is a slap in the face. My family runs *************** Jet Shows. A veteran owned and operated company that races Jet powered vehicles in the air show industry inspiring the youth! We use social media to produce content for sponsorships and to create media to help each air show organization raise awareness. Most of these are non profits! ********** new AI banned my account under false allegations but this has consequences for our business! We have done no such thing and they refuse to provide any evidence. They have denied our appeals! The accusation of child sexual exploitation will not be taken lightly. I will happily air out whatever evidence they have in court because without a shadow of doubt, I have never done such thing! They have banned five of my accounts under this same false accusation. You have to pay $15/mo to become verified through **** just to receive help from a human support line! Otherwise you are stuck using frequently asked questions- no phone numbers, no emails, nothing. So we used a separate account my wife has to purchase a verification and try to reason with them and their best solution is to hurry up and wait! Other users effected by this unjust ban have been waiting MONTHS just to receive no response still! There is a class action lawsuit underway and a ********** petition with nearly ****** signatures!

      My Instagram account was wrongfully disabled due to false accusations of policy violations. I have followed all appeal procedures as instructed by Metas support, but I have only received automated, repetitive responses with no real human review or resolution. I depend on this account for personal reasons and access to important data. The lack of proper investigation and failure to restore my account has caused significant emotional distress and inconvenience.       I am writing to respectfully request your assistance concerning the unwarranted disabling of my Instagram account, @******. The email address associated with this account is [email protected] am professionally known as perc40, an established music producer. For several years, my Instagram account has been an indispensable tool, not only for connecting with friends and family but, more critically, as a cornerstone of my music business. It serves as my primary platform for promoting my work, engaging with my audience, announcing new releases, and fostering vital connections within the music industry. The account is fundamental to my professional operations and public presence.On June 18, 2025, my account was abruptly disabled without any prior notification or explanation. Following this, I made direct attempts to contact ********************, seeking both the restoration of my account and a copy of my *************** which their privacy policy obligates them to provide. On June 23, 2025, **** responded, requesting a new email address to associate with my account, which I promptly supplied. However, despite this exchange, I have not received any further communication from ****. This lack of communication and resolution has significantly impeded my professional activities and outreach.Given the profound impact this issue has had on my business and livelihood, I am appealing to your office for intervention.       I purchased the Meta AI Glasses from the ******* Meta online store in early June 2025. The total amount paid was approximately $332.76. Upon receiving the product, I found that the size was too small. I immediately contacted customer support and was told that there was no exchange option available, and that I should return the item and place a new order for the correct size.Trusting the process, I returned the first pair promptly and placed a second order, paying again out of pocket. My return was delivered and received by the warehouse on June ******* 09:50, as confirmed by **********************. However, to date, I have not received a refund for the returned item.I have contacted support multiple times through official channels and also reached out via social media X and Instagram to ******* and Meta, but I have not received any resolution or meaningful response. Each time I follow up, I am told that the team is checking with the warehouse, with no update for weeks.The business committed to a refund upon successful return, which I have fulfilled. The nature of the dispute is that I returned the item on time with proof of delivery, yet the refund has not been processed or acknowledged.Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue directly with the company, the matter remains unresolved. Therefore, I am seeking BBBs assistance in obtaining the refund I am owed.
