  I have been ERASED from Facebook! I have been a FB user for appx 15 years. I have always been mindful of my posts and mostly use the platform to share family photos and updates with my friends/family all over the country. After being hacked via a password reset (password reset was sent to my email), my account was deactivated and a complete ban was pending because I had violated the community standards policy. When I tried signing in it stated that I had posted ****** or sexually explicit content! Any average *** can scroll my feed and see that it was NOT me doing that posting! FB told me I could appeal the decision by posting my ID, which I reluctantly did, only to receive a final notice that the decision will remain because I am ineligible for a FB account. Why would they ask for my ID? Why would they ban me when clearly it wasnt me who violated their policy? Why are their security measures so weak that someone could reset my password so easily and gain access to all of my photos and personal information? Why is there not a customer support number or email address to report instances like this? Im not able to file for support through FB because when your account is deactivated you no longer have access. This has been devastating and I feel completely violated by the hackers as well as FB! I have lost precious memories, photos, and a connection to my friends and family all over the US. Please hold FB accountable to keep this from happening to others. Require them to beef up security and use 2-step authentication for password resets. Require them to maintain customer support communication channels for issues like this! Require them to investigate and not merely bot comment to spam like activities. Ban them from asking for your Drivers License or other forms of ID when it doesnt even matter. Ban them from taking years of personal posts, photos, memories, friends from your life. This customer experience would be unacceptable for any other company in the US!!!

  Very poor care for anyone that uses their websites. They took down my business page and never gave a reason as to why. I have been trying for two weeks now to contact them and they refuse to respond back. The website is also extremely confusing to navigate the help section. I have tried messaging, email and phone and not a single response back. They are horrible for customer service and something really needs to be done about this! I am losing money because of them. I cannot understand why they would treat their customers so horribly!

  After many years I made a new FB account to start over. I went to log in about 4 days after creating my account and I got a message saying that my account was deactivated because it did not meet community standards. I do not have anything in my profile or account since it is new. I have not put anything in it so I do not understand how I am violating anything. FB /Meta has gotten worse over the years despite all the things they try to implement. This truly shows the age of the future generations to come and how business will be done. They took all my basic information to open the account and then they deactivate it for no reason. Additionally, I get another message that requests for me to take a selfie and send it to them so they can verify that it is me. How can they do this if I did not put any pictures of me or anything else in my profile? Future scammers at work here. I guess nobody can open a new FB account and then use it as they please. This is disgusting but I guess since these people are rich, they are better than everyone else.

  I have Face Book account since several years, today my account was compromised and some one took over my account and even changed the password, recovery email, cell number, now i can not access to my account, i tried report to Face Boom but there is no way i can report, No customer service at all , i am so surprised how are they running this business organization, it really raised a question *********Thanks ******

  Facebooks enforcement of their policies is a gigantic mess. Suspensions are handed out for asinine reasons, while Facebook claims that groups set up as targeted harassment against specific individuals does not violate their terms of service.My account is currently under suspension because I shared a memory of a movie quote from ****************** that Id originally posted 6 years ago. I appealed the suspension, and it was confirmed that what I had said violated community standards. I have also been suspended for jesting with my brother.Meanwhile, there is an entire group of people who have taken to setting up groups to harass my mother and (since I stood up for her) myself. She has been open in her opposition to homosexuality and a group of intolerant and ignorant people have used that as justification for opening a Gay Pride Page under her name in which her beliefs are dragged through the mud and her pictures are taken and her Facebook statuses are used to ridicule her. These same people opened a similar page to attack me after I told them to stop. Both groups have been reported numerous times, as have individual posts within those groups. Facebook has refused to remove so much as a single post, all of which constitute harassment, or subject any of those responsible to discipline.Facebook needs to clarify why movie quotes are more dangerous than targeted harassment.

  Like many of these storys I was just banned for absolutely no reason at all. Losing years of pictures and memorys with family members who have passed away now that I will never get those photos back. They have been absolutely no help in the process and havent told me why. They also did send an email saying my account was logged into from a different location and device that is unusual and not a device that I own or use. But still proceeded to delete my account. And wont let me make a new one either. Facebook is a terrible platform and is of no help when there is clearly a hack going on.

  Every time I use the term "Shoot" in a sentence; for example "Shoot, I would have never done that" - My account gets suspended for 3 to 7 days for violating their terms of service! How does this term used in this manner violate any terms of service? However, I can receive numerous messages from people I don't know that contains graphic sexual images and comments, but that's acceptable (when I complain). There is no phone numbers or E-Mails to complain to, just "Hey, your banned, live with it".....Facebook is operating as a Communist Company within the confines of ***************** and needs to move to *********** or ****** and join their friends and family there!

  I'm posting a review in regards to a gross mishandling of personal and business profile management by Meta on their Facebook social media platform. I'm a father of two, independent small businessman (freelance writer, game developer, voice actor, and tutor). I use Facebook every single day for networking, staying in touch with friends and family, speaking with students, coordinating on projects, and documenting my life in what I assumed was a safe, secure place to have photos and such. After all, Meta is just such a big company, and in over 15 years, any problems I had (including this same one many years ago), I was able to appeal and get a live person to explain what had happened and hear my side of the story. Last night I noticed I was locked out of my account. A small wall of text explained I had ******************* Standards", but would not tell me what the post was or what I might have otherwise done wrong. The ************ were to create a new account, or appeal the situation. Trusting Meta to bring a live connection in to arbitrate and examine the situation, I appealed. Nervous and shaken, I went to bed. The next morning, I woke to see that my appeal was rejected, and could not be done again. My account would be deleted in 30 days. My Instagram was similarly censured. But now they said it was in regards to "Posts involving Child Exploitation and Sexualization." As a father and active advocate against the exploitation of children and for survivors of sexual assault, I was horrified and sickened. I *knew* I hadn't posted anything which could even vaguely be related to such a topic! I had debated game rules for Cyberpunk RED TTRPG. I had debated ****** wisdom in attempting to make an antihero out of ****** with their new movie. I hadn't so much as mentioned children or *** at any point, and never at the same time.   I was hacked and Facebook did nothing to help in the situation. In fact they did the opposite. They deleted 15 years of photos, conversations, and information for my deceased father that I will never be able to view ever again. I requested a review of my account and provided my federal ID and they denied my request due to "Not having enough reviewers due to covid-19". Really, we are past covid-19. After that fact, I requested that I be able to download my information. They denied my request. They also deleted my Instagram account and deleted my business account as well. They have absolutely zero customer service and pretty much treat you like cattle going to the ************.

  I was scammed I bought something on the sponsor ads and Facebook said it was safe I ordered a tall craft cabinet with table never got it email the owner it came back mail-demon address not found then they took the site down fake tracking number. Then I looked at more sites on Facebook that popped up with the with the same email address different companies I reported them but the are supposedly reviewing it. They are supposed to review these companies before the let them on but they don't. That is why I was scammed like a lot of other people also. It we write the true on something the take are site down and flags us.
