      Facebook is stealing money in their marketplace. Instead of refunding customers, they keep the money then hold your account in a negative until your next sells and take that money to replace the money they kept.Very deceitful company. I pray the government looks deeper into this corrupt company.

      I am very disappointed in Facebook!! My Facebook account was hacked and the hacker posted something very inappropriate that went against community standards and my account was permanently disabled. I had used that account for over 10 years with NO violations at all. It is very obvious that I was hacked and I have proof that I was hacked, since random strangers were accepting friend requests that I did not send out. I did everything I could to let Facebook know that I was hacked, but with no support at all from Facebook, I was permanently disabled over being hacked by a hacker ONE time in over 10 years. Not only did I lose my Facebook, but my Instagram that I had for 10 years was connected so it also disabled my Instagram. I lost every single memory, friend, and picture from the last 15 years or so of my life over ONE HACKER. ****** learned, dont rely on just Facebook to store all your photos!!! I am truly devastated and disappointed that Facebook offered no support and disabled me on both Facebook and Instagram when I was clearly hacked. Again, I used Facebook for years with ZERO violations. I would like both of my old accounts back or to AT LEAST be able to get all of my pictures off my old accounts. I am truly upset over the years worth of memories and pictures that I have lost forever over ONE post from a hacker. This seems to be an issue many others are having also. Facebook needs to be more supportive over situations like this when clearly an account was hacked.

      My Instagram account was hacked by a Turkish hacker who extorted me on WhatsApp immediately following by asking for $350 in USD. I didn't comply. There is absolutely NO customer support beyond the steps Meta provides which prove useless when hackers outsmart them. There was absolutely nothing I could do to get my account back unless I wanted to take a chance and hire and pay $1200 to a different white hat hacker to try to get it back which I didn't do. Thankfully, even though I use my IG account for business purposes, I don't monetize my account so, really, the loss wasn't great, HOWEVER, that doesn't mean this isn't an egregious display of ineptitude on Meta's part. A hacker has my account and I can't do anything about that and I can't get help. How is that okay? Plus, I was extorted. Before you dump more of your data onto social media sites, consider, that we and the data are the commodities. Don't put so much value on a company that puts such little value on us. I'm absolutely appalled and disgusted. My only means of defense? To self-destruct my account by having friends and family report it. Hopefully IG will deactivate it.

      I have been locked-out of my Facebook account since approx. March 23rd, 2022 & am refused readmittance until I turn on 'Facebook Protect' to make logging in more secure. I have attempted to do so numerous times, however, as I am not current w/ the 'latest technology', i/e/, cell phone, etc. I cannot scan & return codes or receive their codes & return them to Facebook. My information in Facebook indicates that I do not possess a cell phone, yet they do not provide any other means to contact them. I cannot contact them to let them know that I cannot contact them! They are forcing me to upgrade electronically at an extensive cost or remain locked-out. As a senior citizen & a disabled veteran, I certainly feel that I am being singled-out & targeted for exclusion from their ultra-liberal, one-sided program.
