      Terrible way to run a social media marketing app. FB's AI blocked me in the middle of posting my old car for sale. It was going to be listed for $1200 so not a lambo or nothing. They're reasoning states that I offended policy with a item I listed for sale & then referred me to the policy document for standard info however I wanted to know what exactly I had done so I reached out and followed steps for review. I have done this twice and both times I receive a generic email stating the same thing including the policy doc info as I received initially which triggered the inquiry to ask for more info. A human won't speak with me they refuse to review it any further and meanwhile *** offenders are on their platform with their blessing soliciting going people. I give up! I cannot pretend to understand this anymore.

      I closed my Facebook account in 2016. But .... Obviously they didn't.Past two weeks a ********************************* sent me text saying I wanna be friends. Today same ***** text came through said I had five notifications on Facebook.I want this to cease and desist. I am sick and tired of it. Same ***** text. Tried to call well no good. Tried corporate yet again no good. Obviously no valid phone numbers or emails. My suggestion is they stop ******* etc and anyone else trying to text. They need to give valid email etc so I can discuss this because I am afraid I can be ugly if made to be. I worked security and brought down some well know theives in my job. This is not going away till........

      AI cannot determine a person's intent when using words this AI algorithm only targets a certain demographic of people and it needs to stop

      Facebook has held my payout for an item I sold for well over the Tax verification time. I do not trust that they are working to verify my identity. If Facebook cared about its users it would offer decent customer service. They do too much and can't handle the ***************** they offer. Pretty much Facebook does everything mediocre. They could be holding my and millions of other people's money trading it on the market and releasing it whenever they please, and no one is keeping them in check.

      I sold items on market place and they have not paid me out They said I need to fill out tax info which I did and still they have not paid me. I keep trying to contact them and they dont respond. I want my money I sold my stuff on their site and yet they have not paid me out. This is not fair! *************************

      I should have learned by now, but I have yet to purchase anything through a Facebook or Instagram ad that turned out to be a worthwhile product. My latest is bras that do not fit according to the company's sizing chart nor support and shape according to the company's description. On top of that, they came from *****, via Ireland. Now that I finally have the bras, I'm asking the company for a refund of my purchase price and to pay the cost to return them. The company says no and has suggested I give the bras away if I don't like them and offered a $5, then a $10 refund from them (the cost was $68+). This company is:Haulinferen No. 133 South of East Section of **************************************************************************************** I have asked Facebook to offer assistance in getting my money back. No response. Why do only ******* companies advertise on ******* urge you, folks, don't be a gullible guinea pig like I have been. Don't purchase ANYTHING through a Meta ad. You'll most likely regret it.

      I am filing this consumer complaint because they pick and choose who they want to harass and go after. Our business page has been blocked from posting from August 15, 2022 to August 28, 2022 because they said we violated their policy. However, we post the same way as millions of other businesses post on pages. We've been asking for assistance for them to allow us to place our website on our business page like millions of other businesses are allow but to no avail. When we stop posting they are constantly sending us message that we haven't post in a while. Due to the fact we will not pay for advertising on their platform because they will not allow us to put our website on our business page they have targeted us for harassments. I would never do business with Facebook until our needs are met which they have ignored. We have sent them numerous of requests and complaints through their proper channels but to no avail again. This company is terrible and needs to be regulated more by the ****************** and make sure they are treating people and business fair, equitable and by law.

      His soon-to-be ex-wife took over my son's account she posted several inappropriate things about him. I and several others reported it and they will not remove them. I have asked to have his account shut down and they will not shut it down either. This is the worst social media platform ever.

      To whom it may concern, Im writing concerning an issue Im having with Facebook. My account was hacked and is now being used by somebody pretending to be me. I reported them to Facebook and Facebook doesnt find anything wrong. They are not helping me get my account back they are allowing this other person to take over my account and that goes against everything that they say on their page. I reported my account was disabled but they wouldnt help me get back into my account. I have the email address of the person who took over my account: changed the email from .She is committing ID Theft and ******************** is doing nothing to help. My attorney is trying everything she can to help but its not enough. They took out my email: And I tried to recover it but Facebook was no help. Now my account is gone and I want it back. Codes didnt work.

      I'm constantly racially profiled for speaking with friends and family or just speaking in general on the app it's like they punish you for being black and speaking on black topic or normal everyday speech with other black people but yet let other ethnicities disrespect and actually be racist towards us with no repercussions to them when reported but will shut my page down for reporting it
