      Robinhood stole my money. I replaced my old phone and laptop in the same day. I cannot 2fa even with ****** Authenticator. I know my password and email. There is no customer support at all if you cannot login. The only thing I get from them is a useless form email that suggests that I have lost my password/email. I have not lost them, I just can't login to that old gmail account. It is not possible to contact a real person at Robinhood. My other brokerage was able to put me in touch with a real person over the webcam and they reverified me on the same day as I started talking to their support PEOPLE. Robinhood has none of this. The ****** I have learned from this, and its an expensive ****** to learn, is to never trust Robinhood. They will lock you out of your account and then you will have no recourse. Do not do business with Robinhood.

      I got locked out of my app because my fingerprint login wasn't recognized. I need to change my phone number, but can't login to do so. When I email to get help, I get the same automated response asking me to log into my account. I can not because they send an authentication code to my old number. I was finally called back from a representative who could not help me after several attempts to do so. He told me he would call me back in a half hour after consulting his peers for help. I never got the call, and I got an email stating my case was resolved. Thet don't have an 800 number for customer support. Every support agent seems Indian. This feels like a scam.

      This is a horrible site to try and navigate. Super confusing and overly complicated. They transferred all of my money from another account and I only wanted a portion of it transferred. The transfer back to my account is supposed to be 3-4 days but took over 10 days! Where is this money between those dates? ******* ****** is 100% better and there customer service is amazing. You can't even call and talk to anyone at Robinhood. Crappy business and I don't know how or why anyone would use them. Good luck.

      I have been locked out of my account since May 27. I contacted email support and they said I am logging in from another country as in I am actually in another country. When I get back, I can send credentials. I told them I have not left the country in 30 years. Sent them credentials . I was able to talk to someone on the phone and was just told their team is looking into it.

      Robinhood Review Very Disappointing Experience Robinhood has been the worst trading platform I have ever used. The app may look simple on the surface, but beneath that is a lack of reliability, transparency, and accountability. The platform has frequent glitches during high-volume trading, and account restrictions often happen without clear explanation or timely resolution.What makes it even worse is the customer service or lack thereof. It is nearly impossible to get timely, meaningful help. Responses are slow, generic, and often unhelpful, especially when dealing with urgent account or fund access issues.If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a more professional and responsive brokerage.

      I Tried to log into my Robinhood account. They said we are going to send a link to another device that you use login there. got my other device it says are you trying to log in now I clicked yes then it says we're sending a link to the other device you use log in there right then I got to run around.I clicked on send text to my phone and my phone never received a text. And then says other ways to get in. Use your driver's license state ID passport or some other government ID. I use my driver's license then it says take a selfie look to the front looks slightly to the left looks slightly to the right I did this several times and it always came back with you need to speak to a person to verify it's you. Then it says to submit your telephone number someone will contact you . It says you are the next one in line but nobody ever contacts you this is BS somebody needs to shut the site down I want my money back. Do not mess with ***** **** there's really no way to contact anybody they don't even have a chat

      Robinhood travel has the WORST refund policy and customer service that I have seen with any travel portal / agency. I booked a fully refundable flight in mid-February 2025. A few days later, I had to cancel my trip and requested a refund. Originally, Robinhood told me that it will take 3-4 weeks to process the refund. When it didn't come after 4 weeks, they emailed me again saying it will take 2-3 months. It is now June, it's been 4 months since I cancelled my fully refundable flight, and Robinhood still has not processed the refund. Mind you, the flight was over $800, and they are still holding my money. By far the worst travel portal / agency to book your trips through. Avoid it.

      Robinhood allowed me to set up my account on their platform and access it prior to depositing money, without any of the information they're suddenly requiring. Now that I've transferred money into my established Robinhood account, they've locked me out. It appears Robinhood's business model is to coerce new account holders to give up their personal biometric information they wouldn't otherwise freely provide to *********'s sharing partners. Meanwhile, Robinhood holds customers transferred funds hostage until you comply, which they didn't require prior to the money transfer. I will be seeking legal counsel.
