They have computer systems in place to work against every move you make in the market. Id be astounded if anyone made money short or long term on this app since literally every element is stacked against you. You are better off going to a casino.

I logged out of the ******************* app to do something else. I tried to get back in with my email and password it would not allow me. It gave me the option to contact outside the app which I did several times to no avail then finally got automated response to upload my ID etc which I did. I get an email from **** stating my account was not flagged. So I responded with then why am I still locked out of my account? Again he says upload your ID not answering my question, why am I still locked out if my account is not not not flagged for any reason?. Several emails later I asked to close out my account and now they still according to them need me to upload my information which I did when they asked and I have had this account over 2 years now

I had an open credit call spread for SPY that was expiring in less than 30 minutes, about $1.50 out of the money (for those uninitiated: unless SPY saw significant movement very quickly, I was golden). Then some bozo on their risk management team closed my position for a loss of $1,750 despite the fact that I had plenty of collateral to cover the trades. In conversation with three folks from their support team, they all agreed that there was little risk to my position, there was virtually no chance of me losing more money than I had committed as collateral, two indicated that they are currently looking to change their policies so that such similar things don't happen in the future, and yet that there was zero chance of any kind of remediation. They are unilaterally making assessments about risk that have very little basis in reality and that they KNOW are based on bad criteria (as they are looking to change them). Incredibly incredibly frustrating. I should have paid more attention to everyone decrying them over the last couple years.(As a further element you may want to be aware of: through talking to support I was even told that they would automatically close a credit put spread that looked like it might get pinned, even though the risk involved there is essentially nonexistent. I can't imagine how frustrated I would have been if that had happened. I have zero trust in them.)

The business has a support article on closing your account which is entirely false, citing options within their app and website which do not exist. At the time of writing, my account is still active against my will. It took hours to create an account in the first place. There were multiple errors in each step of the process from creating the account, verifying my identity, adding funds, withdrawing funds (as I realized it was a mistake to create the account), and closing my account. When attempting to add funds, I was given an error message incorrectly stating that the bank account did not have the funds required. After reducing the amount of funds until the error disappeared, a hold was placed on my account stating that I would not be able to access the funds for up to a week. I have declared my wish to cancel the transfer of funds, but it's unclear at this time if this will actually be accomplished. This businesses practices are apparently malicious and they should not be allowed to continue operation.
