      Visited the Meta Store out of curiosity and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I got to try out some of the ** headsets before buying. The space is clean, modern, and ****************** star off because there was a bit of a wait before someone assisted me, but once they did, the experience was smooth. Definitely worth a visit if you're into tech and want to see the latest gadgets hands-on.

      I ordered a Metaquest 3, and the company charged my credit card for the product, and did not deliver it. They said it could not be delivered, but that happened within 24 hours of order. They stated I should reorder the product, but I would be required to pay for it a second time. I wanted a refund before any reorder. After 2 weeks, still no refund to my card. I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company. Save yourself any grief, and steer clear of Meta.

      ALL my accounts were suspended for the use narrative of Child Sexual Exploitation which is a total lie. They are doing it to the entire world and NOT taking ALL accountability. Not making the rights they wronged. ********, Instagram, & ******** ALL my accounts has been suspended because they broke every rule in the book including data privacy and protection laws, defamation, and the list goes on. Someone has gotta stop Meta and bring them to justice. Of course they WILL get away with it by bribing the courts with hush money and tossing the case and the injustice will remain in effect. No Justice for the entire world. I called the police and the lawyers about it and they cant do nothing and ******** Support wont do s*** about it. They must feel happy of what they are doing to the entire world and letting it happen without consequences like gods on earth. Untouchable. I did NOT violate the terms of service and NEVER did the so called Child Sexual Exploitation. I blasted them on the platform x and BLUESKY Social. They dare to suspend both my x account and my BLUESKY account. This should be on the news outlet of the entire world so **** ********** can be brought to justice. He has done damage to the world and making them suffer too. Obviously the courts is going to ***** favor the rich over the poor. The systematic injustice of society. Even the courts CANNOT be trusted because they fail the people and disgrace the integrity of the country. Bet **** ********** is going to pay the courts with money off to toss the case out the window by bribery which is a *************** Felony. The courts blinded with money and corruption over the people. How low the country has fallen to corporate greed and ****. Bring **** ********** to justice so he can pay for his crimes.

      Stay away from **** and products. I purchased a 3 and 3s and no way to contact support. Its only through email and they do nothing except pass you around. I am returning my headsets.Steam is releasing a stand alone VR this year that will be better in all aspects. Please do your research on the quest, support will do nothing.

      My ******** account was hacked and I can't gain access to my account. **** doesn't use phone communications to help solve this issue and is a standard loop senario when trying to fix this via the web or chat. I need some one at the company to help me fix this and gain access to my account.

      Keep infringing on my forst amendment rights. Im not cursing, using offensive language, or offensive speech in any way whatsoever, and it jeeps getting removed. This is absolutely an infringement on my rights, and its disgusting to whoever is doing so.

      There cyber security is trash. Had my instagram account hacked and they have no live customer service reps. ***** everything to get rid of my hacked account and I cant do anything to my instagram account due to it being hacked

      Completely incompetent customer service. Absolutely no help dont waste your money. Ive literally been emailing for weeks and they just say the same thing over and over again
