      I cant give them any stats. This is the most horrible como su I have encountered in my ********************************************************** insane. I had a right hand controller that was damaged I followed their chat instructions and when I received the shipping label I sent it to them snd I have been trying to pay for the new one. My accounts bleep getting put on hold. I have given them 3 credit cards and they continue to ask hit another. This is beginning boy sound like a scam at this point. Its been 3 weeks

      My head set was not working after 05 months and still its under company warranty. After contact with customer service they told me that they will do the replacement and i will get E Mail with Shipping label with in 03 days. It has been already one month now, however, i haven't received any shipping label. When i check that with customer service still they can't figure out and only reply is to wait. This is very poor customer service and i would not recommend Meta for VR.

      If I could give them zero stars I would.Meta is an infection.their idea of their significance is nauseating & 1 doesn't need to know anything more than their complete lack of feedback or reviewing opportunities.the ******************* dishonest portrayal of their ridiculously flawed, immoral madness is narcissism on Adderall with weak & sneaky beta strategies is more than I can stand any longer.they are ********** am deleting EVERYTHING meta.go ***************** ??

      I bought a $500 dollar meta quest two weeks ago. I cannot make any purchases because my account has been locked from doing so. Meta help chat does nothing but says theyre escalating the issue and you never hear back from them. There is no phone number to call to talk to a real person. If this isnt fraud I dont know what is then. I also have a $70 credit on my account from gift cards that were purchased by me that I cannot use. The have stolen my money! I am not the only one. A class action lawsuit needs to be filed! They have ripped off so many people at this point. Meanwhile ********** and his flunkies are in ****** drinking **** coladas and building bomb shelters with the money that has been stolen from honest hard working people. Meta makes me sick! I cant even file a complain here, only leave a review. I will never buy a product from these crooks again! I

      I ordered a meta oculus 3 for my grandson for Christmas. About a week later it was getting hot and shutting down stating unsafe please shut down. I contacted meta and they sent out a label for me to sent to them for repair with a turn around window of 7 to 10 days .I have been messaging them since January 22 about the where abouts of the system and each time they say it was escalated to another team...I have received bs emails from them that don't make sense and have what's app co versatile s with about the where abouts of the system. On Feb 18 I was told it was at warehouse and checking on shortage and then today I receive a email from them saying they will not replace the headset because it was not received and the weight doesn't match. Etc. I paid ****** for this and just like that yall tlhave taken it like nothing can be done. I am filing a complaint and it may or may not do anything but if it prevents anyone else having to go through this ********. Take it back the store do not send it in for them to repair because you will not get it back.

      My mother was trying to place an order for an accessory for a meta quest 2 for my son for his birthday. She placed the order, and missed the notification that it was on hold to verify something. She did it a second time, and this time sent me the message she got that it was on hold again. It was a problem with the address (she paid paypal that has a saved shipping address that she uses for everything paid for with paypal). There was nothing wrong with the address, but it was cancelled again. I tried placing the order on Feb 12, using paypal and the same thing happened. We have now used 3 different address between the 2 of us. It was put on hold, and I cancelled it after the hold as it wouldn't make it in time for my sons birthday anyway. After spending a ridiculous amount of time on the chat because you can't call anyway, I gave up. About a week later I contacted them that charged is still there, *** assured me it's not a charge, just a preauth and it will drop. Another week later contact again through the chat. They can't help me, they have to escalate. Finally get an email almost another week later, saying that they "issued a refund" on the 15th and it should be in my account after 6-7 business days. It is now 10 business days later, no refund, paypal sees nothing. They've decided to close the case even though I still haven't received a refund.Their own policy at checkout states that the order is only charged once it ships. My order was almost immediately put on hold then cancelled, never shipped, yet I was clearly charged in full and never preauthed because it would have reversed itself by now. I've advised my mom to check her charges as well as she tried to place an order twice. Save yourself the headache, especially if you're in ****** (thir ordering system clearly has an issue with Canadian postal codes), just don't buy from the site.

      My meta oculus account was suspended about a month ago due to age verification. They have requested proof of date of birth which I have provided them with copy of my government ID card, passport card and other verifying documents. I have contacted them pretty much every single day and they keep giving me the round around. I have requested to speak with supervisor to help resolve this issue and they have told me no because supervisors have better things to do then to deal with me or my concerns. I have purchase this oculus system that I can not use because they have suspended my account until they verify my age. I feel I have done absolutely everything they have requested to verify my age to make sure Im over the age of 13 and they still wont reactivate my account. They are now threatening me that my account will now be permanently closed and I will lose my paid add on purchased games. I have a months worth of emails about this issues and they wont do anything to resolve it. I have advise them I was going to file a complaint with them and it appears they dont care! This is not right and is bad customer service especially when someone pays for their expensive product and also purchase their games and are unable to use it. This is not right and feels like a scam! I will never purchase anything from them ever again and will be telling everyone about this!

      Meta **************** is the worst, My son got a Oculus Quest 3 for Christmas and he set up his account. He is 13, I figured he would do it and I didn't need to. A couple days later he was notified that he was underage and needed a adult supervision approval. I made a account just to monitor and be the supervision, I am dad. His account was deactivated and not might be permanent deleted, they want me to send in two I.D.s... my son is 13 what does he need I.D.s for. I provide and take care of him why would a social media company need a picture I.D. for my kid that doesn't and isn't on ****************** anyways. I find it really shady, I find it to be a thing that everyone should boycott any *************** Instagram, or connecting company because that just sounds wrong. So many parents bought this expensive device for Christmas and now they can't even have the kid play it because they are not old enough for it I guess. It should not be marketed to kids if they can't jump on it and use it. I emailed back and forth with Meta Support since Dec. 28 to yesterday Jan. 30. and his account is still not working. I also loaded $75.00 onto his account to buy games.... ************ is a scam, why can't you have a call center? Why can't you talk to someone directly? Why is every message I get the same as all the other ones like its just copied and pasted? It sounds like A.I. has taken over the customer service responses. I will be selling my Oculus and buying a Xbox now... I also will be deleting my ******** account too....

      I ordered 3 items from Meta on Dec 18th and all items were marked as in stock and all were said to arrive by Dec 22nd, and it's turned out to be one of the more frustrating order experiences I've had. Item one (~$40) - shipped and arrived on time Item two (~$150) - never shipped and a refund was given, but no explanation was given. the arrival date passed so I wrote to for an updated arrival date and their response was to cancel the item and issue a refund without asking what I wanted to do.Item three (~$150) - shipped, but got cancelled by the courier shortly after leaving Meta (again, no explanation was shared with me). Meta said their only option is to issue a refund, but tracking shows they've had the item for 10 days and they still won't issue a refund because they keep confusing it with the other item they messed up (which happened to be the same price) so they keep replying with either 'we're investigating' even though there is a very clear paper trail, or they reply with 'we've issued a refund' because they did for the other item (which unfortunately, happened to be the same price).
