My Instagram account @********* was falsely disabled on the 6th June 2025 for alleged violation of *** but I did not break any community guidelines; this appears to be the result of faulty AI moderation for CSE, which is a disgusting accusation for Meta to give. Its affecting my mental health a lot, Ive been going through therapy and lost all my contact with loved ones. Im lonely. Im in isolation because **** itself. I wanted to end my life. Thousands of other users have faced identical wrongful bans, showing a systemic issue. Under UK GDPR Article 15 (right of access) and Article 22 (rights regarding automated decision-making), Metas automated disabling of accounts without proper human review or explanation is unlawful. After many attempts to contact Instagram for help, I could not find a way to do it. There is no way to contact a real person and all forms have limited choices to input, this does not allow me to explain my issue. My Instagram account, @yujisrighteyebrow, was wrongfully disabled for the reasoning of "Child exploitation, abuse and nudity". I have done NOTHING of the sort. I started this account when I was 18 (I am 19 now) and since then I have mostly posted pictures of my life (such as places I go to, things I do), selfies (which have never devolved to ******. I am still clothed in all of my pictures), and my thoughts, such as those seen on *******/X. I have never supported child exploitation or anything resembling such a horrid thing, and this level of accusation from Instagram is damaging to the reputation, alongside me losing all the things I've shared with that account. I used that account as a means of documenting my life and my progress healing from certain things. It is my online diary. I would never use it as a means to harm anyone in any manner, and the fact that I may lose it saddens me deeply.I have already submitted an appeal, alongside verification that I am in fact the sole owner of this account, however with the kind of ridiculous accusation that "Child exploitation, abuse and nudity" brings, I may never recover my account. I sincerely request that my account be restored to its original status, because there are dozens of accounts that send me unsolicited photos of pornographic content, most of which I have reported, but to no avail. The automation system Instagram users falsely removes genuine accounts (even those who have not posted in years), yet disturbing accounts with ill intent crawl about. Please do something. I was wrongfully suspended from Instagram, I was then removed from my account which had access to my personal data and messages. I filed an appeal to Instagram to get my account back. I understand and respect Instagrams community guidelines. Instagram has falsely accused me of being involved in sexually explicit content which was never posted on my page and I was never involved with. They then banned my account which had 1400 followers, many of whom I have contact with only through instagram. I am a musician and my instagram page is wildly important for business purposes and social networking in the recording industry and live music industry. My account also had videos posted showcasing me playing guitar in live settings that are now completely lost unless I gain my account back. This false flagging and ban have already alienated my business opportunities and communication abilities. I am writing to urgently request a thorough review and reinstatement of my Instagram account, @diiiamonnnd, which was recently disabled again without warning or explanationnot even 12 hours after it had just been successfully reactivated following a prior incorrect disablement.This recurring issue has been deeply frustrating and emotionally exhausting. Before I temporarily deactivated the account myself for a personal break, the account was in perfect standing. All features were functioning properly, and no violations were shown in the account status. Upon reactivating, my account was unexpectedly disabled again, despite no policy violations or suspicious activity.This pattern of mass disabling seems to be affecting many users unfairly. Instagram has absolutely zero way of reaching out to a human for support. Monday the 23rd, 3 of my instagram accounts were suspended for absolutely no reason other than for going against Instagram terms of service/************* like to state I was wrongfully terminated from their app. I appealed each wrongful suspension immediately.Within a couple hours, one account was permanently suspended. An account where I post photos of friends and family. I hardly even direct message on this account. Gone. How do I tell a human at Instagram this was an error? I cant. They have no contact information or way of reaching ****** two other accounts? 9 and 8 years since being created respectively. Ive never had an issue. Ive resolved issues and had my share of content removed. In the distant ******** many years later, I have deleted old comments, and stopped posting anything remotely controversial. I keep both accounts up to talk to long distance friends who only use Instagram, and in memory of my dead friend, one of the remaining direct messages we had open. ALL GONE.I am an adult, I have posted nothing against their terms of service, I have not gone against their guidelines at all. I REQUEST my three accounts be reinstated immediately as I have done NO WRONG.
