    I had been following **** and RDS online for several years and occasionally saw they she was opening up spaces for her one-on-one coaching. I always hesitated since I've spent a fair ***** in the past and end up pretty much back where I began. I'm 68 and I guess it's taken me a while to internalize the truth that you can't pay someone to do this work for you. I have 4 grandchildren and my goals were to lose some weight, gain strength, be able to get down on the floor and play with the kids AND get back up again. Now, 4 months in, I've lost the weight and have plenty of energy and flexibility to play with the kids! I signed up because something just clicked. I knew that I didn't have forever to be the kind of grandma I wanted to be, that the kids are growing up fast, that I'm not getting any younger, so I made a definitive decision to do the work, follow the program, trust the program, and toss any excuses out the window. Easy? No. But so worth it! Especially with the personal coaching and everything so tailored for me. This is a no-shortcuts program, a serious, incredibly well-thought-out program. Highest ratings!

    I am so happy I took a leap of faith and joined Redefining Strength! ***** was a fantastic coach and she made tracking macros easier than I thought possible. I loved how easy I could reach her when I would run into challenges trying to sort out my meals when going to a party or out to eat. We came up with a strategy that I felt made sense and was sustainable. I was shooting for a weight loss goal when I started along with non scale goals. After completing my program I was able to fit in 99 percent of my clothes I was previously unable to fit into. I still am working on my last and final goal pair of pants but feel if I continue to follow the program I will get there eventually. I had so many trips and social engagements this year that it is truly miraculous I had the great success I did. I feel so much more confident in my appearance as this program has given me a much leaner appearance. My troubled areas that did not respond to other programs have made so much improvement. I thoroughly enjoyed working with ***** and she provided a lot of ideas how I could enjoyably sustain on the program. I even had cocktails on the weekend (which is not advised) but I still lost weight! This program works better than anything else I have tried. It was so hard for me to lose weight in the past (since in my 50s and post menapausal/post hysterectomy).. but finally now a solution that works. ***** did a great job of instilling in me to trust the process and it will work. I put in the effort and took advantage of frequent consultations with her via webex and it really paid off. I loved all the trainings I could listen to that were part of the program as well. Thank you so much for this comprehensive program! I highly recommend this program! The results speak for themselves.

    YES! It's all about finding and creating that sustainable plan that helps you find ways to move forward even during less than "ideal" times in terms of dieting and training. Finding ways to create that balance are key. Love how much you've run with everything ******. I know you'll be rocking those pants shortly! Keep up your focus on consistency!

    I joined the program because I felt it was a good match for me. What I have received in return is a wealth of information, a lot of support and a great community I needed an all encompassing program like Redefining Strength to succeed. I had a lot of obstacles to overcome! I get all of this and more from this program! *****, my Wrangler, has been super supportive and is is very knowledgeable. I cant say enough about **** and the program. I look forward to all of the lessons and information and I love how its all in an app! Its a great program! All that is needed is an open mind and and eager heart! I am grateful for Redefining Strength and I am already thinking about how I will miss everyone.

    **** is amazing and its no wonder RDS has seen huge success in the years since she started it. Her attention to knowledge, attention to detail combined with caring so much about my workouts and my recovery makes her priceless. I have been using **** for many years and have nightmares about what would happen if I couldnt use her services anymore! She has helped me through so many minor injuries acquired doing dog agility and see it through to the end. **** and RDS .. priceless!

    Working with RDS has been amazing for me. I am 60 and am in the very best shape I have ever been. I have reached a goal that I have had for decades with my body. Being healthy and active is important to me, and my coach understood and programmed workouts that I loved. I have always exercised, but my coach at RDS helped me learn how to utilize my time working out more efficiently. Through injury she adjusted my workouts, and through stressful times when I was losing weight she adjusted macros. All the while explaining why she was doing what she suggested so I could learn from it. I have learned so much from RDS and my coach, and the support they have for clients is above and beyond amazing. ??
