    I purchased (or thought I did) a product thru this company, Grafton Collection and have never received it and I want to get my money back. The product was purchased on 19 December. The tracking number is SDH0066240636 and everytime I check for it, it shows as in transit, but like stated, its been well over one month. Please assist. Thank you.

    I ordered 2 mineral stone cups from Grafton Collection. Paid *****. What I got cheap painted over plastic cups, which will not cost more than dollar. Send multiple emails requesting return, they dont even answer, just keep sending texts to buy more junk. This is nothing but the scam, they should be tracked down, punished, and closed. Dont buy garbage from them.

    The address listed on GraftonCollection website is for *******, a legitimate business which has absolutely no affiliation with Grafton (I spoke with ShipBob). I ordered 3 crystal crafted mugs. What I received was 3 cheap plastic cups that don't even come close to the product depicted on the site neither in dimensions nor material. I just want my money back. If not I want *** action against the seller.

    I purchased 2 items from this company. 1 was delivered. The other was not. The item that was delivered was not what they said it was in their email.

    I ordered items from this company in December. They arrived today and were absolutely nothing like the items displayed on the company's web page. The items I thought I was getting were beautiful bright-colored mugs created from "mineral crystal." **** I got were plastic knockoffs with a metal insert, poorly painted and an inch and a half shorter than described.

    Like many others I ordered three mugs that increase the description say that they are made of crystal mineral. Recieved plastic painted cups lol. Like they didn't even try. The reviews on the site are very fake. The description is greatly misleading. They won't return my emails.

    Ordered 3 mugs, received 3 mugs over a month later that are not 15oz as described, they hold 6oz of fluid. They are not 4.5 inches tall, they are about 3 1/8 inches tall. These cups cannot be microwaved as described because they say to use the metal insert included (that was not mentioned in the ad) for warm fluids. These were advertised as coffee cups. these are made of cheap plastic. Grafton is not responding to my concern.

    I ordered a crystal mug from Grafton Collection for a Christmas ******* November 2024. When I received the mug, it looked nothing like the picture. It was flimsy and cheap,. The paint job was sloppy and juvenile. The insert in the mug was very insecure and there is no way someone could safely drink a hot beverage without the risk of burning themselves. Through several delayed responses to my emails, the business offered me to return the mug and it would be evaluated at the time of return. However, the business wants me to pay for return shipping to *****. I should not have to pay to return this garbage. I asked for a full refund, including the shipping already paid to receive the item.

    My husband ordered a mug for me for Christmas. A beautiful mug 20oz hand carved from a geode that was beautiful blue stone. What we recieved was a plastic 8oz mug with a metal liner that is literally no better then a happy meal toy. The company is refusing to return our money, without shipping they item back and they want US to pay for shipping. They scammed my husband, and now want us to pay to fix THEIR scam. The screenshot on the website it whats advertised. The picture in my hand is what they sent me.
