    I bought a pink mineral mug from this company based on the photo they use to advertise online. This is the same photo they use on their website when you pick the item to buy. I have submitted a photo of what I received. This amounts to false advertising. I have repeatedly complained to the company without any resolution. The last email about this says they will get back to me in 3 to 5 days but they have yet to refund my money or inform me of any steps taken on my behalf to address the issue.

    Never received Order, No Valid Tracking Number provided. Ordered from Grafton Collection but money taken from account by ****** Us. Numerous attempts to contact to no avail. Appears to be a total scam.

    I placed an order for a ********************** Mug in Midnight Blue on 12/18/24 on *********************************************************************** .Grafton Company is a total scam as the product advertised on their website is not what was received. Website says company is in *************, **********. It shipped from ***** & took 4 weeks to arrive to me in **********. Product advertised it as:visually captivating look It looks like trash. I received a below par resin/plastic cup (with a stainless steel inner cup) that has an incompetently painted mineral/crystal design on it. Crafted with precision, these mugs are polished to emphasize the minerals natural details for a high-quality finish. There is NO mineral to polish on this mug. Suitable for a variety of beverages, these mugs maintain both hot and cold temperatures thanks to the natural insulating properties of the minerals. Again, there are NO minerals that would aid in insulation whatsoever. An ideal present for anyone who appreciates unique and artistic drinkware, adding charm to any occasion. This was purchased as a ****** there is no way I am giving this to the intended recipient. Made from mineral crystal, each mug stands approximately 4.5 inches tall, with a ***** ounce capacity and a weight range of ********g. Yet another lie. The mug stands 3 1/2 tall & thats including the stainless steel inner cup. It doesnt hold ***** ounces, it holds under 8 ounces. I have already report charge to my *********** have issued a provisional credit while the *********** conducts their investigation. I have also reported the company to the ************************ for false advertising. I have made multiple attempts to contact Grafton Company via email and their contact form online and have only received an automated email stating it takes 1-3 business days. I left a review on the BBB and am submitting this formal complaint against Grafton Collection.

    These mugs are advertised all over the Internet is being made of a stone cut mineral or crystal. They are cheap plastic resin, not even made out of any mineral or stone. They had a trust pilot symbol which led me to believe they could be trusted. It is nothing but probably a $5 plastic cup not a beautiful Hand, cut crystal mug as advertised.

    I received 4 mugs that were described as being heavy stoneware made with crystal or cut stone all around it but when they arrived the mugs were not as described. I would like my money refunded to me.

    I ordered 3 alleged 'crystal' mugs as Christmas gifts for family. $30 each but received a $20 discount for being stupid enough to order 3. A month later they arrived from ***** (business advertises it is in ********** - nothing about this junk being shipped from out of the vountry). When I opened them, I was horrified - they are very lightweight, cheap plastic poorly painted to LOOK like crystal. There was no paperwork included so I have no idea if it's even food grade. They're so flimsy and NOT REMOTELY crystal and could never be given as a gift - they are as ugly as homemade sin. The first 2 photos are screenshot from their website & the rest are what I received (1 light blue, 2 purple). It took over 50 emails for them to respond and their resolution is some free junk or $20 refund. Outrageous. All their reviews are fake. Thank you.

    In December, 2024, I ordered two mugs advertised as made from mineral crystal. I looked on the companies web sight, read about the company and thought it looked like a decent company; three generations. I placed the order. On December 20, 2024, I emailed them and found that the items were being shipped from *****, not ************* and the carrier still hadn't picked them up. No response from the company. The mugs arrived today. They are not made from a mineral crystal. They have been made from plastic or a hard rubber and they were spray painted. The box they arrived in reeked of spray paint.

    I placed the original order on December 18th. I placed a second order on Dec 20th. I knew ordering late that the items would not be here for Christmas. I still have yet to see either of the items. They say ***** days total delivery time. I requested a refund - twice - via email. I have yet to hear from them at all.
