    Do not believe this website , the picture says tumblers mineral and .. x but when you receive it , its plastic . It also took two months to mail and they they will not send a return address , you have to pay postage to send back to ***** , it will cost more than the item you bought. But , dont believe what you see , they send you a plastic , they are fraud and you wont get your money . What a loser they are .

    BUYERS BEWARE! THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY WHOSE SOLE INTENTION IS TO SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY FOR HORRIBLY MADE PRODUCTS. THEY REEL YOU IN PN THEIR WEBSITE. Below is my reply to their correspondence on getting a refund for the bait-and-switch scam they are using to sell the grystal mugs on the website:****So that I am clear about what you are asking me to do, please read:You want me to pay $100+ USD to return these mugs to an address in ***** even though they were shipped to me, in *******, from a California address domestically? You want me to pay to be scammed by your company. Incredulous!!I am absolutely at a loss for the deceitfulness of your company and your immoral company practices. Your company knew that this was a trash product and your company revel in the bait-and-switch method to scam people out of their money. The video on your website clearly shows a different product. Mugs made out of crystal/mineral/glass are what you say you are selling. That is a blatant lie! What you are selling is a cheap, plastic grade school child art project that reeks of manufacturing chemicals.Shame on your entire company, the owner, and all those that are employed by ************* Store (The Grafton Collection). You are liars, scam artists, and charlatans!!I pray your downfall.DON NOT SHOP WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!

    Terrible place to do business! I purchased 2 crystal coffee cups. It took a month to receive. Then they finally showed up. Open the box to find two plastic kids toys. Nothing like what I ordered. The cost of them I'm sure was less than the shipping charge. Never again!

    Grafton Collection is a SCAM! I ordered mineral crystal mugs; instead I received plastic mugs from *****. Requested a refund and all I got was an automated email reply.

    I ordered the pink crystal coffee mug. It is made and stank of plastic with a two oz metal piece on the inside. Very poorly made plastic cup. I have tried numerous times to get a refund and to send the cup back but keep getting auto replys. No human had contacted me on the subject. If the stars for the rating on this item could be quartered up my reviewing star would be a quarter. Dont waste your time or money on the crystal cups

    Its a scam. The products come from ***** and are not nearly as accurate as the website description. I ordered a 30$ coffee mug and received a cheap plastic mug thats smaller than my hand. I ordered it on Dec 12th and received it Jan 21st. My card information was also stolen and I had to replace it during this ******* not use this website.

    Terrible - do not buy from the ***** based *** The website does not report coming from ***** - the cups I bought look nothing like the photos.. I'm out ***** Have to ship back to ***** told me the CA company is no longer.

    Id give no stars if that was possible. Please do NOT purchase their crystal mugs. Its false advertisement. Ive made attempts to contact them and they will send you an auto reply but not call you or email you back. The other poor reviews about the crystal mugs are true. Please do not waste your time or money. Id even suggest to not purchase anything from this website, because who can trust them? False advertisement and poor communication/lack of follow up is.suspect.******* B

    Scam! Ordered the amethyst mug got a 3d printed cup complete garbage with a metal cup inside First off it took them 2 weeks to send tracking info, which I realized it was being shipped from ***** then when I finally got the info over a month later, it said it had just shipped. Waited another 2 weeks to receive it only to find out its complete garbage. A 3d mold of pink and purple plastic cup with a metal tin in it for your liquidsabsolutely looks nothing like what the website posts or talks about on their website. Complete scam
