    No stars for me, thank you. This is one of the worst companies I've ever seen, they kept sending us tracking numbers that didn't go anywhere and telling us that the shipments on its way and when we file the complaint with ****** they wanted us to take down the complaint and they sent me another shipping number that was also bogus, this company is horrible and do not deal with them. They claim that they have limited edition rare stuff, it's all a lie!!

    This company is bogus. It's been almost a month since I've placed an order and I had to hound them for tracking information. They sent the tracking information but it stayed dormant for several days before there were any updates. 3 weeks later, I see that my product is still in *****! I was surprised because their website has their information set to **********. Just ridiculous.

    This is a drop shipping front- products from *****. Bought a ******* for someone's birthday as the address was local in ******************* and they say ships same day. Have been waiting three weeks for the item and zero response to email.

    Scammers, liars, and thieves.Ordered on 7/3/24. Website claims that it ships from ********** and takes 8 business days to arrive. Tracking had it sitting in ***** for 43 days. Emails were canned responses, and when I demanded a refund they asked for the product that I never received back. Upon disputing charges with my bank, they falsified the shipping information saying that the item miraculously processed on 6/20/24 and was delivered to my mailbox on 7/3/24 so my dispute was rejected. Now my emails go unanswered. Awfully convenient.

    Horrible!!!! First it took forever to receive and it was supposed to be a limited edition of a ******* *********************** tumbler. The tumbler is not a ******* but just a cheap version of it- and I paid the same I would for a legitimate *******. I should have read more reviews on this company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! My order took so long to come only to be disappointed by a knock-off **********************. This is a gift for my granddaughter and I do not even want to give it to her at this point. Extremely dissatified with this company- will never buy from them again. I had to give a star rating in order for review to be posted but wanted to give a zero star rating.

    I would never order from this company. States based out of **********, however the item comes from *********. I order 7/14/24 havent recieved product still havent heard anything either. Several emails sent no response. Will never order from this company again. I paid thru paypal I will reach out to them for a refund. On week 5 of waiting.

    DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER. BEEN WELL OVER A MONTH AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY ITEM AND THEY REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. 6/29 Ordered 7/1 Shipped 7/6 Started conversation with them for delivery estimate since this was for a birthday present for 7/18. 7/17 I had to purchase a replacement gift so no longer needed this item.7/21 From seller: "However, as a gesture of goodwill, we would like to offer you a 20% partial refund for your order" (screenshot was included in my PayPal case)Never received the partial refund and asked about it multiple times. 7/23 Opened case with PayPal 8/3 Still have no resolution, purchased item not delivered (way beyond the estimated delivery date), partial refund not received. I've never seen anything taking 35+ days from the shipping date and still not being delivered. The seller has mentioned multiple times that the have expedited shipping which cannot be the case. I have requested a refund on numerous occasions:From seller:"Cancellation/Refund:We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with your shopping experience. If you wish to cancel your purchase or request a refund, please indicate the reason for your request, and we will promptly work to resolve your concern."

    Have not received item I ordered in May and it's now July. When I email asking for refund I continually get a generated email with same response. Buyers beware of this company.

    This company advertised in ********* I was interested in their ******* Hello Kitty. I bought two on June 29th. It is now July 19th. Their website shows that the company is in *********, **********. The website also mentions that orders are processed within 48 hours and the items will be delivered 5 to 8 business days. Ive contacted their customer service by email. They gave me a tracking website, showing that the products are coming from *****. Now that Ive inquired, theres no tracking information on my order. I bought these for a gift and its too late. Im asking for a refund, but theres no response.
