    Ordered a tumbler that has a ******* Cup logo according to the photos posted on their website. The one I received does not have a ******* cup logo! Took a month for product to arrive. Poorly made and cheap materials used!

    They charged me three different totals on my credit card I ordered two cups and five minutes after I ordered them I canceled the order , I emailed them several time canceling the order **** emailed me saying the order had already been processed which I know it couldnt have been , they only charged my card for $26.00 and I believe that is for one cup .but I had ordered two I would never order from them again

    I purchased a cup due to it being on sale and a limited edition item. It took over a month to receive my item and while the company is listed in **********, the product ships from *****. When I received my product it vinyl wrap on the mug was in horrible condition and the logo was very warped. When I contacted customer service by email, they stated they are not associated with *******. Even though they are using their logo on their products. They only offered me a portion of the amount I paid for the cup for a return. When I complain again, they said I could send the item back but at my expense. So I would be out even more money to ship it back to *****. I will be reporting this to ******* for using their logo without having an agreement with them.

    The item was advertised as a ******* cup, but what was delivered was not a ******* cup. Although it was falsely advertised I would have been financially responsible for returning the cup, which would have been about the same amount as the item.

    Ordered 3 tumblers 7/28/2024. Packaged delivered to wrong address in *****. Should had been delivered to my address showing in the invoice (**********). I asked for refund lots of emails going back and forth. No refund but new order was shipped again. We're in October my package got Delivered to another state again now to ****. How did this happened.. no one is answering my emails.. So frustrating, such a scam!! Never again !!!!

    I am just now going through ****************************** to get my money back. These people give a US address but they are in another country. If you used ****** you can go through their Resolution Page and they will help you out.

    So, I bought this cup and realized it came from ***** so it would take time, at this point I realized it was not a legit ******* as they advertised. Finally got the cup, I hope my swiftie bestie will enjoy but it's not as advertised.....

    I have emailed and emailed asking the whereabouts of a package I ordered. I receive emails sayings its shipped and emails stating theres an updated tracking number and yet its the same tracking number with absolutely no movement. There is absolutely no response to emails I've sent. I would absolutely stay away from this company! You'll never get your items or a response.

    The company information on the sight is all made up. The company is clearly based overseas and is selling knock off items that were made in some horrible factory. Items take weeks to arrive because they are being shipped from overseas probably direct from factory. So the shipping details on the website are also all lies.

    Terrible company dont even go there. I ordered a Tumblr on August 12. Just checked the tracking. Its just now on September 2nd being loaded on some sort of transport in *****. If you send an email they send these wonderful responses with no results. Dont bother doing business with this company.
