    Ordered item on 12/11/24. When item arrived it was wrong. Sent it back and have nothing but generic responses and no answers to my questions.

    I ordered LED wireless door sills for dodge Ram december 26, 2024. Received them January 21, 2025. They did not work on the 2013 dodge as the door sills are plastic coated. The LED are magnetic. I have emailed twice to return them but No response. They do not have a contact other than email.

    Order was placed 12-13-24. I waited a month for the items. I never received a tracKing number .i had waited like 3 weeks and still never received any information on my order so i sent an email asking what was going on i received a generic response saying they would respond with 3 days. Again nothing from them i left a message at SHOP witch is the site i ordered thru and i don't know what they have done. I sent several more emails to car door sills with no response. Then in jan 20 i received and email saying that it was delivered jan 17 to my mail box by ******* I never received anything. The only way i could use the tracking number they sent me in jan 20 was thru SDH or 17 track .it said it was sent to the ********************** and they delivered to my house.. I called the post office and they said they have nothing on record with that tracking info . i have screenshots from *** saying the tracking timelin of the items yet nothing had been delivered and my mail boxes are keycontrolled and i was home that day with the garage open so if it didn't fit it could be put in the garage ..the post office person said she was going to ask the mail carrier i haven't heard anything. I spent ****** and have tried sending several emails to no avail.. No answers at all. 1

    I placed an order back on 12/8/2024 and it never processed until i emailed a complaint. They emailed back with a generic email with a tracking number. The tracking number worked originally but after a few days everything disappeared. Ive since tried emailing them numerous times and have received the same generic email twice.

    On November 26th 2024 I placed an order with car door sills. As Christmas started approaching I still had not received the product. I tried reaching out a couple times. The two attached images are two different tracking dates. One stating it was at the post office. The other one sitting and already left but is in the **. I had reached out multiple times via email and continually get an automated response stating returns, refunds, delivery and upon trying to call a phone number, caller ID showed it was for a dating website. I have yet to receive the product and I have disputed my charges with the credit card company and ******. Considering the lack of a personal response or a personal email to even try to reach out to resolve this issue and they have yet to even reach out to ****** when I filed my dispute. I am now coming here to see if I can get a resolution to the problem. It has been over 30 days

    I purchased door *********** and immediately regretted the purchase because I realized that this was a scam company. I tried to get her cancellation but no one is responding to me. There have been many complaints about this company not sending product and not responding to emails I believe this is a fraudulent company and I would like a full refund and would not like to receive my order.

    I purchased car door lights for my Camaro. I never received the lights as they were returned to sender due to the sender making an error on the shipping label in regards to my address. Car Door Sills(The sender) keeps telling me the lights were delivered to avoid refunding me my money. After I have sent them proof that I never received the lights. They even went as far as to send me fraudulent tracking information for someone elses package to tell me that it was the tracking information for my package ( all of which I confirmed with the ****************************). Even the tracking link the company sent me to track the package shows it was not delivered and returned to them.

    Placed and order for mini LED lights and received them, yet they do not work properly and do not respond to commands from the remote control. They are obviously not well made, so I contacted the company to ask for a refund, as I was no longer interested in the product now that I received one that was defective. They said they do not provide refunds even though their website clearly states that they do if requests are made within 30 days of the order. I made the request 14 days after the order was placed and on the same day that I received the product.

    Ordered car door sills for Lexus RX350 and received door sills for "Lexus" that did not fit my RX350. Returned to sender and found out it had to sent to *****. $30.55 cost. I asked for the shipping money and original cost back and they said maybe yes to original money depending on their inspection and ?? if I had legitimate return reason and no, we sent you Lexus door sills as you requested so no shipping money returned. First of all, I gave them my year ***** and model, and they disregarded it and sent me some generic Lexus stuff. Secondly, I had no idea returns went to *****, which is expensive! So I sent the door sills back and am waiting, but they already said they would not pay shipping as they did what I asked. They did not give me door sills for 2024 Lexus RX 350!I would like both my original money returned and my shipping cost.
