    Order date: 2/18/2024 Order arrived: 3/12/2024 Installed item: 3/13/2024 Began reaching out to the company via email: 3/29/2024 I ordered lighted car door sales. Begin emailing on March 29 as one of them stopped working. Every time I reach out I get an automatic response email saying they will reach out between one to three days. On one occasion, I did receive an email back in which I was asked which set it was, the front or back doors. I sent videos and pictures showing that the item was no longer working. In order for the item to be returned, according to their policy, it needs to be in its original packaging and not used. The item was ordered using my fiancs PayPal account under her email.     I ordered a product from this company over two months ago. I got the product a month ago. Took almost 5 weeks to get to me. They sent me the items I ordered, but my installer said it was the wrong size. So I wanted to return it. The company stated on their website that All items returned within 30 days would get a 100% refund. However, they did not state that a person would have to return it from wherever they received it. This company is in **********, but they wanted me to come out of my pocket to ship it somewhere in *****. I told them Im not going to do this because of the cost. They agreed to give me 50% off on future purchases. So I reordered the item, but the right size over 2 weeks ago. I still have not received the item and they have no clear way a tracking your item during the shipment process. I ordered this through a link from ********* I implore the BBB to regulate more or stop ******** from advertising these items with a consumer like me thinking the process will be far and transparent.

    Never received my package, nor have they ever responded to my emails or messages. The tracking number doesn't work that they gave me to track my package

    I had filed a request to make a return. Instead of providing me with what I need to make the return, the company emailed me and would try to stall by asking me things like can we see a picture and other things. At one point, I was getting tired of answering so many questions without seeing any progress in the return process that I literally told them if they could just give me a way to return it. Instead of responding appropriately to it, they started asking me the same questions all over again as if the return process completely restarted. Once the 30 day refund period passed, they told me that it was too late to make the return. I had requested to make a return before the 30 day period though so I should still be able to make my return. It is very clear and obvious that they were just trying to stall by continuing to ask me questions without giving me a method to make the return until the 30 day period was up.

    I purchased the Car door lights on 25th of Jan 2024 for a total of $108.85. It was delivered on 12 Feb 2024. I opened the box and immediately discovered that the items were defective. The words on the light were written upside down, there was no magnet stripe to secure the sign and lastly two short lights I didnt order that clearly did not fit my Audi A8. I emailed customer service on the 15th of Feb 2024 the issues and wish to return. I received seemingly an automatic response immediately on the 15 Feb from ************************************* stated request received and to type the issue above the line. Strange because I did prior that why you are replying to the email but I wrote my reason again and sent off the email. They said I would get a response back in 3-5 business days. (First attempt) . On 19Feb I received another email to describe the issue again and cause etc. Same type of email Type above line the reason, I emailed them again (Second attempt) another couple days passed again. I sent and email out and on the 27th Feb. They said to send pics, I sent pic and videos. On the 28th I received an email wanting to know why I wanted to return items and then given three options to take. 20% store gift card, 50% of product value and store credit and third option total refund but the discouraged me from choosing that because of shipping cost. I responded on the 28th total refund please. Today 4 March 2024, they just wrote too late, the 30days are up for refund. The 30days starts from the item have been delivered. Unbelievable! It would not have been this long if they didnt prolonged the response days, asked same questions over and over and never responded to me on time when I sent proof. They scammed me out of my hard earned money. Im a veteran and the little joy I have to make my time here enjoyable I would love to not be scammed. This business is definitely not to be trusted, I clearly have been scammed.

    I have been trying to return my item I bought with in the 30 day window they gave me and then never responded to me until after the 39 days were up and told me that I was past my 30 days I don't think it's fear that I've tried reaching out to them for days before there return policy and they refuse to give me a refund.Thank you sincerely,***************************

    I placed an order with them on December 9nth I ordered 3 items 2 sets of car door sils one for my truck and the other for my car plus I git a set of ******************* lights that reflect on the ground those I did not get they cost $29.99 it took a month to get the other 2 items the steeler lights I have not received I have emailed them around 10 times I get a response from a ******** from ************* they always give me the r un around one time they said to take a picture of the item I am having am issue with then they say send a copy of packing receipts which I got the other 2 lights separately how does that prove anything I am tired.of this I keep getting these runaround emails from different names I got latest from this ******** then a couple weeks ago I got from some ***** person I think they might be made up names I have found other complaints from other people saying that they keep scamming people I think they need to be shut down and investigated definitely I want my $29.99 back I am tired of dealing with. Them please help me ..

    I had purchased an LED door sill from this company and unfortunately it didn't fit my car. I have sent numerous emails to this company in an effort to get a refund. They only have an email for contacting them. The product is in original condition and I have the receipt. The company now tells me that I can only get a partial refund as their return department is moving to *****. They are a gift card so I can use it in buying their products which I have no interest. After emailing them again they told me to send them a picture. I did so and they never replied. I am getting the run a round buy this company and don't understand why I can't get a refund.

    An order was placed with the company via website at cardoorsills.com purchased 12/17/23. The website has a ********** address listed. The product took longer than listed to arrive and came from ***** not **********. The items did not fit into the cars they were purchased for. I bought two items. The website states that if items are in the same condition as received, they can be returned. I have reached out to them via email to request a return. They keep asking additional questions or for pictures of the items taking days in between emails. They have finally now emailed stating that if I want a refund, They shipping has changed from the ** to ***** and that I would have to pay to ship them to *****. They only other options are to keep the items for a 15% refund or gift card to the company for 25% refund. This does not match the refund policy posted on their website of allowing for full return.

    On December 6, 2023, I purchased car door sills for a Kia ********** in the color blue from Car Door Sills (car door sills.com). The cost of the purchase was $58.90. On December 27, 2023, I began emailing the company because the package had not arrived. The package was sent out on approximately January 4, **** and it was red, rather than blue. I have been emailing them back and forth since then, asking for a refund and they kept giving me the run around. When they email, they use ***************************** desk.com, its either ****** or ************** that responds, and based off of the emails, they either dont communicate with each other, they are outsourced somewhere other than the U.S., or they send out automated emails with the same generic information. Just yesterday, the email from ************** stated that they ship from *****, even though the company is in *******************, so they could only give me 20% of my purchase amount back. Then I received an email this morning from ****** stating that they could only give me 10% back. It has been a nightmare trying to deal with them!! They have a phone number on their website ************, but it goes straight to voicemail. *** asked them several times in the email to send me the address of where I can ship their product back to them and receive a full refund, but they continue to give me the run around.
