    I ordered a product back in December I received the product Several weeks later it was the wrong product I contacted them immediately by email they asked me to send pictures I sent pictures of the wrong product then they ask me for pictures of my order number my email address my full Name and what my order was which I did I got a response from them a few days later saying they were sorry I wanted to return the product I ordered which I then emailed and Then again and told them that it was not what I ordered that they need to look at the information and the pictures that they asked me to send that I wanted a return shipping address to return the product and I wanted the correct product sent out to me ASA just keep getting the same answers and the same run around and it takes them 3 days to answer in between I only have 30 days to Settle this and I'm getting the impression that they are drawing this out so in the end they don't have to replace anything I told them I don't feel it's right that I have to pay the s*** back a product that they set an error and they told me because it's going back to a warehouse in ***** even though they are based in ********** that they won't pay for it They wanted to give me a 20% off or they offered a 50% off my next order I told them I don't want to keep the product and I will never be ordering from them again that I want the product that I ordered and nothing else was gonna Settle this situation but that I just recently got another reply by email again stating I'm sorry you want to return the product you ordered they just really aren't listening to anything
