I was scammed also. They lie over the phone on what benefits they provide. And make you sign an electronic contract and dont give you enough time to read it. The contract contradicts what the agent told me over the phone. The contract also covers them, stating that the contract is still valid regardless of the agent promises on benefits. This company is such a scam and needs to be reported!!!Unified Caring Association

Dear **************,
Unified Caring Association (UCA) has received your complaint. We thank you for giving us the feedback on what transpired. UCA takes every complaint very seriously, and we are doing a full investigation.
We have reviewed your file, and it is recorded that you signed up on 11/11/2023. On this day you were sent an e-signature document that lists all the benefit information. We send this document so that our potential members are fully aware of the benefits. It is documented that you read and signed this document on 11/11/2023.
However, as a reassurance, we do provide our members with a 30-day look period. If for any reason they are not satisfied, the policy can be cancelled, and a full refund is issued.
You spoke with customer service on 11/13/2023. We welcomed you to the plan and on this call, you requested that the plan be canceled. The customer service rep. canceled your plan and refunded you in full as you were within the first 30 days.
Our plans are sold by individually licensed agents and naturally,we feel upset when we hear that an agent did not give the correct information. We regret that you had a challenging experience and, as mentioned, we will look into this immediately. If you have any questions or would like to speak with us, please contact ******************************* at **********************. Again, please accept our sincere apologies.

This is not an insurance company. This is a discount service and let me tell you, no one wants a discount, they want full coverage. Do not get this "health insurance". It is a constant struggle to find providers in their network and people have not heard of them. Complete waste of time and money.Unified Caring Association

I received am email today saying I was charged $121.80 for health insurance. Apparently they have been charging me since April 2022 (yes I should have checked card transactions sooner but I rarely use this credit card)However today is the first email I have received about this charge. When I called the person on the phone made me feel insecure about giving out information. I declined, since I am very leery of this company. However the person I talked to said the prior charges are not refundable. This needs to get resolved. Only way I know is to cancel card associated with their account.Unified Caring Association

SCAM SCAM SCAM. They told me this was how I was going to sign up for health insurance. I've been paying them $100 a month AND paying my insurance company! They provide no services, trick you into giving credit card information to "sign up for insurance" and provide nothing. There isn't even an easy way to cancel your "membership" online.Unified Caring Association

Dear **************,
Unified Caring Association (UCA) has received your complaint. UCA takes every complaint very seriously, and we are doing a full investigation.
We have reviewed your file and it is recorded that you signed up on May 15th, 2023. On this day you were sent an e-signature document that lists all the benefit information. We send this document so that our potential members are fully aware of the benefits. It is noted that you read and signed this document on May 15th, 2023. All e-signatures are then emailed to members the next day to ensure that they are aware of what was purchased.
However, as a reassurance, we do provide our members with a 30-day look period. If for any reason they are not satisfied, the policy can be cancelled, and a full refund is issued.
On May 15th, 2023, you called into member services and cancelled your plan, and you were refunded in full. Then on the same day with the same agents office you signed up for the same plan with less benefits, making the price a lower amount. You also signed an e-signature for this second plan.
The billing records for the lower price plan show that in July 2023 your payment declined and then two days later you filed a complaint with your bank and disputed your June payment.
For this second plan you never called into member services. If you had called in to member services as you had in May, we would have been more than happy to help you.
UCA wants you to know that even though your plan is inactive, we are always here to help you. If you have any questions or would like to speak with us, please contact ******************************* at *********************. We wish you all the best.
Sincerely

I am ashamed to say I was scammed. I applied for insurance through Healthcare.gov and was contacted by a person (from this company) who presented himself as if he was enrolling me in an insurance policy through the marketplace. I received no paperwork from the company and thought the $104.85 monthly charge was for my AETNA insurance plan. I had to contact my Healthcare.gov today regarding a change to my account and this is when I learned there is no charge on their end of $104.85 for my insurance. I went into by bank statement and found a phone number and called the company and cancelled whatever it is I had with them today. I am going to dispute this through my bank and contact an attorney about filing charges for fraud.Unified Caring Association

ITS A SCAM!!!!!! I called and spoke with a lady about Blue Corss Blue shield plan for health Insurance only. Once the plan was set up she told me that the total payment would be 76$ for the plan which I thought was just for health insurance. I received my first bill for ********** Blue Shield and it was only *****. I called BCBS to see why it was only ***** they told me thats how much the payment was for my BCBS plan. UCA processed the first payment of 76$ but it was 2 seperate trasactions one for BCBS and the other for UCA. I called the number that the lady gave me, it sent me to members services, they told me I purchased a vison and dental plan which I did not authorize for that. I asked If I signed up for the plan where are my cards for the vison and dental plan that i supposedly enrolled in. The lady said that they do not mail out the cards they email electronic cards. WHO DOES THAT.Unified Caring Association

5 starsThis company actually called my 19 year old and acted as United Healthcare and said the payment was late. The account was $20 more than the plan, but they said it was for ********* well. Today we get a letter from United Healthcare that the insurance payment is late and just as I thought the premium was only $25 and that is medical, dental and vision. So we paid this company $45 for nothing, this was total fraudulent. When I called the company it announces you have reached member services, it doesnt even mention the companys name. I called my bank and reported this, I pray they are investigated and shut down.
