    Ive been using earnin for years but lately theyve been decreasing my max limit by $50 each pay period. I used to be at ***** now down to 500. I contacted customer service and they just gave me scripted answers. My ******** hasnt changed and I always pay back on time and have a positive balance in my bank account so I dont get it.

    Earnin is a honestly a life saver! Whenever Im low on cash, I know I can get money by using the Earnin app. The Earnin app is fast, easy, and reliable to use! Ive been using Earnin since 2023, best decision ever!

    Earnin gets no stars, and I will NEVER use their service again. I received notification from my bank on 2-15-25 of my account being overdrawn by $700 plus dollars. I received email confirmations from Earnin of each transfer done, and that my account would be debited on 2-19-25. When I reached out, Earnin took NO accountability and tried to blame my bank for the current issue. I HAD one person at Earnin-Gilen, that understood what was going on, and agreed to fix and bring resolution to the issue. Apparently each time I responded to emails fron Earnin as there's no phone contact whatsoever I got a new person EVERY time, and needless to say, NO ONE prior to Gilen OR after provided the same answer OR resolution. How you can talk to the SAME company and provided with multiple responses that differ is beyond me. This was truly a wake up call for me and Earnin's is a service I will never, ever use again!!! ******....
