    **************** is slow and inconsistent. Some help you and some beat around the **** saying they cant do anything. Chat in again and you may get someone who will fix the issue. Its 50/50. Also their system only sometimes works in getting your bank transactions. I have been a customer for years but it has been frustrating quite a bit. Its a great service they provide, I wish it operates smoother.

    My partner and I have used Earn-In for years and loved it. The customer service was great and it really helped get us out of some tough spots. My partner went to go change her day of pay in the app and completed it with the ** chatbot they have replaced their customer service staff with several days in advance, as per the rules of the app. It fully went through on both ends and both of us thought it was taken care of. Then, the following week rolls around and Earn-In has taken nearly $400 out of my account, putting her in the negatives by HUNDREDS. We reached out to customer service over email and through their help chat in the app, and their customer service was awful. They blamed us and told us that it was our fault for changing the date in the first place and that there was nothing they could do. We escalated it and again, the person blamed us for their ** chatbot not changing the date correctly. We did everything they needed to on our part, and Earn-In completely messed us up financially for an entire week. We accrued fees and are now struggling even more than we were before.Just know that before you use this app, they have NO customer service team. They have an ** Chatbot that has no clue how to function properly and messes up all the time. Any type of "human" contact isn't much better either, seeing as they will just try and blame you for their mistakes. Please be safe out there, this app has just gotten greedy and power-hungry like the rest.
