    Horrible customer service. No one talks to anyone else, apparently no one keeps or reads notes. A simple request takes constant repetition and they still dont understand. The latest person, I asked her to check a status and she ended up disconnecting me from my bank, and did the exact thing I didnt want her to do. To add insult to injury, everyone at the customer service blames the bank connection for their obvious failures, and spent hours gaslighting me instead of addressing the problem, and after wasting two and half hours they finally DO address the problem but its not anythjng satisfactory. That happens 19 times out of 20 with them. And every once in a great while, you get one of three people working there who have a fully formed brain and theyre able to solve it no problem. Just terrible

    We understand that you reached out to our customer service team to confirm that your account will not be debited before your direct deposit since it will be delayed due to the holiday. Posting paychecks a day or two earlier than your official payday is common for Golden 1 ************* On the same day your paycheck comes in, we want to post our debits, so we keep your setup as Pays every other week on Wednesday. Holidays always pay the day before. As we checked, It was agreed that youll reach out back to us once our debit posts before your direct deposit so we can update your pay schedule.

    When you reach out back, wed love to update your pay schedule. However, we have encountered a connection issue with your bank that limits us in updating your account. We have notified our bank provider to help resolve the issue.

    Alternatively, we can try using a different bank where you can route your direct deposit going forward. Thank you so much for your continued patience!

    Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service, they debited over 400 dollars from my bank account that I did not transfer at all AFTER I had requested my account to be closed, sent proof and still refusing to refund the debits!

    Inconsistent and terrible customer service. My banking information including my debit card linked to the same account consistently disappeared from my profile having to re-enter the information, re-verify and held deposits up for days. **************** reads from a script and was less than helpful.

    For over a month I have told them that I get paid on Thursdays instead of Wednesdays and they keep pushing back every time. It wasnt until I sent a screenshot last week showing proof that I was, in fact, overdrafted that they switch my payday to Thursdays. The email even said my new repayment date would be Thursday, 12/7 (Nov was super tight so I used the service a lot but am getting to a place where I can limit it now, if I use it at all). Well, I borrowed $50 today to get groceries and it said my repayment date would be 12/13 - next WEDNESDAY. So I contact support, yet again, and now Im told that the app automatically changes it when it sees your check post on Wednesdays (BUT THE MONEY DOESNT HIT UNTIL THURSDAY, which they have PROOF of). So now its something EarnIn cant control? Anything an employee does is only temporary and the app does a very broad thing automatically, on its own? And then I realize that the payment that the email said would be $100 paid on THURSDAY, 12/7 is actually automatically drafting Wednesday, 12/6 instead and its too late to change it. Im just gonna get overdrafted. And then they moved up the other payment to this Thursday, 12/7 like a sweet slap on the face. This cant be an app thing cause if so, its messing up bad. And their excuses are just pathetic! Like dude, at a certain point, you dont need to refute the customer however IF that person has a legit reason to be upset! Its not like Im berating the person, but Im being straight with them. But it feels like a hole that I tried really hard for over a month to avoid is being dug and its pretty exhausting going to the company about this and having the matter just go from bad to worst. Theyve literally been sued for this in **********, but theyre yet another example of a business getting away with c*** like that. I wish everyone knew how scummy this app can quickly become. I am not taking this lying down.

    Repayments cleared my account before I got paid resulting in me occurring 8 bank fees! I got in touch with a representative and they credited back to my account the fees! The other issue I had was I would have to send a screenshot of my account to verify I got paid! After I got the credit back to my account, I closed my account with **********************

    This company seems like an easy way to be able to access funds before your paycheck but it one of the WORST services I have used. Automatic repayments process at midnight, so if your bank manually process your paycheck's ACH you are screwed and will get overdraft fees. Those over draft fees directly impact the amount that you will be able to cash out. Meaning that your pay period *** could be potentially at $0 because of EarnIn's system being too automated. The customer service team in regards to that will tell you the app is so automated that they have no way to manually override the **** against that pay period, and that you essentially just have to wait for the next pay period. The customer service team is trash, and can never actually solve your problem, but they will 'escalate' your and transfer you to multiple people. The customer service team gave me these tips to increase a pay period *** : "Maintain a positive bank balance and avoid overdraft fees, spend less money than you make, and have enough money in your bank account to cover our scheduled debits". But also failed to see how two of those tips could be impacted by EarnIn's overdraft fees.

    Horrible service!!!!! Ive never even used this app before and some how you idiots put my bank account in the negatives. -$117 and kept charging me, I tried calling my bank and they wouldnt refund me. I even tried calling EarnIn and the number was disconnected. This company is nothing but a joke and a scam. DO NOT USE THEM.

    This app is a complete scam . They ask for your bank account information , deposit several debits and credits then say they cannot verify your account ! **************** then transfers you baxk and forth via text . I believe they try to steal money

    Remote workers beware. This company will ask you to upload a timesheet but wont accept what you are given by your employer. I was accused of providing a schedule. They wont let you take out earned wages as advertised but they are quick to take your money once its due. Please do not use this company.

    I have used this app. No good! Reached out to customer representative, No Help with my account. Representatives name is ******. Not a great employee. I paid back what I borrowed, and for some dumb a** reason, they keep losing my bank information. Not a good look for an app. So please everyone needing extra cash to pay bills, DO NOT USE THIS APP PLEASE!!!
