    The worst app ever!! I have had multiple charges to my account even after I my advance was paid in full!! Then there communication is God awful I have just closed my account and they still hit me for $60 and my advance was $50 ?? Another scam ! God will catch up with these crooks ! H*** they even force you to leave one star just to give a review smh

    Earnin is an app I have used multiple times. This last time was a disaster. Apparently they dont care when your pay day is, though thats information required to use their services. I chatted support because the date they planned to debit my account was 5 days before my pay day. Though I tried to plea with the representative I was told they couldnt help me. Well, here I am overdrawn and waiting over 15 minutes for another rep to help to be told the same ridiculous script. If anyone chooses to do business with this company, please be careful and heed my warning. I am sure this is not the first or last time.

    I contacted support and spoke to ****** at Earning requesting a reason why my *** pay was at $100 but they only allotted me $93. I also asked why when I started with them, I was allowed an additional $50 between pays. The first person said that my pay had decreased but that was not true She later apologized. I requested a supervisor but she asked me to bear with her because the are counted on to perform a good job. However, she still never could answer my questions. So I asked her to give me a supervisor. The supervisor *****. My questions were still not answered. I told them I was not satisfied. I couldn't write the survey they sent and they would not close the chat, saying reinstall the app. I did and still their chat was open...after over ,3 hours. This has been an unpleasant, unsatisfactory experience and furthermore tomorrow is payday, so what's up with this organization.

    I loved the app up until they KEPT CHANGING my payday in app and taking money out of my account BEFORE getting paid. I had one chat agent not ask for anything, yet another asking for a screenshot of my direct deposit. Why it got changed to a day before payday, Id love to know!

    Ive been using this app since April of 2023 and they are JUST NOW finding issues with my direct deposit; its such BS now Im shorted 100 bucks for the week because of this !! Its ridiculous !!! Youve seen my DD for months now why all of a sudden theres an issue with screenshots Now I can barely afford groceries

    Be careful in your dealings with Earnin. I was a fan of Earnin until my most recent interaction with them. Id notified them early October 2023 that my bank account was changing. I provided Earnin with my new account details, which I verified using their process. Since then, they keep trying to debit the old and closed account. Then, they said they tried to debit my new account and the transaction was denied (this was untrue as I received verification from my bank). *** made countless arrangements for Earnin to debit my account, and its a fiasco. Once they finally debit my account, Im canceling my account with them.

    I used to love EarnIn until I unknowingly changed my bank to one they didn't support. When I asked them how was I to receive the money saved in my "tip jar," they told me they would have to mail me a check. This wouldn't be a problem if they sent it as promised, but this was Jan 22 when they said they've mailed it, and I still have not received it. I've been contacting them (Agents: ***************************, ************************, ****************, ************) over and over for the past *********************************** it's on the way... 10 months, and they refuse to send me my money. Today I have been on chat with agents **********************, and ********************** for over an hour, it almost seems like they are trying to wait for me to give up. When I wrote my review on ******* I saw that there were others they did this to. If you feel its worth the risk to use EarnIn, DO NOT USE THE *** JAR! I'm gonna be honest with you and say to stay far, far away from this company... They have completely lost my trust.

    Our records indicate a request for a check for your Tip Jar funds was processed on 1/23/23; however, the check has not been cashed. Our specialists have provided an update on this case, but we have not received a response from you. To expedite the process, we suggest linking a different bank account if the app supports it. Alternatively, we can make another report to our money movement team if there is no other account available.

    In addition, in response to your review, a specialist tried reaching out to you again via email, but we have not received any response from you. We recommend checking your inbox and responding to that email so that we can try to send the funds electronically.

    This app was such a pain in the **** they kept asking for employees email well idoit, i receive Social Security disability there is no email I decided to go with Empower soooooo much better faster and don't give you the ****, ********** ?? glad i read the reviews on this company

Currently, we're unable to process payouts for Social Security, disability, and other government benefits, including Unemployment benefits. Earnin relies on direct deposits from employers to a checking account.

    Not worth the stress or hassle. Constant issues with transfers and they have some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

    I do really like this app *** ot can be helpful. Unfortunately, the amount of time it takes ro prove that my payroll is in my account is exhausting. Every week for the past year or so they need a screenshot, which they always deny until about 5 days later, with the same exact screenshot i sent the 5 days previous. It has been the same account with the same pay for a year or so. It just seems a waste of time, which has made me move away from this app.

However, if your transactions have already been posted on your end and you need to cash out immediately, we can attempt to speed up that process manually by having the information sent to us.
