Easy setup, excellent customer service. There was a brief glitch having to do with submitting my payroll information but customer service was able to quickly resolve the issue. I use Earnin often for small advancements before my pay day.EarnIn

The Earnin chat support is very unhelpful. Their support team is not helpful at all. Had my paycheck in limbo for an entire day, and was lied to about when I would receive it. Never pended in my bank account whatsoever, so you at the mercy of their system with your payment. I would strongly recommend not using this application with your money, or allowing them access to income.EarnIn

I want to begin by saying dealing with customer service especially money apps can be quite a hassle but I've had to contact Earnin support many times and everytime I am impressed!! They are kind and efficient and I'm proud I say I have never had an issue with the team or the app. The customer service agents really do care and when they work on your problem they're remarkably efficient, knowledgeable, and mindful of everyone's unique situations. Well don't expect the same amount each time. They change the limits available to you when you were betting on getting the same amount as before. Really puts you in a bind.EarnIn

Per our current Max Guidelines, your pay period Max decrease is based on several factors and is subject to change at any time. Here are some factors that can affect your pay period Max:
Recent fraudulent activity confirmed by your bank
Payroll error from your employer or incorrect payroll info in the Earnin App
Failed or Returned debits to Earnin
Overdraft fees or negative bank balance
A recent decrease in pay
Incorrect debit on Earnin's behalf
At this time, we will not be able to increase your pay period Max. When you get paid, the app will automatically assess your account and will either process a pay period Max increase (or decrease) based on the factors I just listed.
Here are some tips that have helped others receive a pay period Max increase:
Maintain a positive bank balance and avoid overdraft fees
Spend less money than you make
Have enough money in your bank account to cover our scheduled debits

I had set up to have my money pull out on the 15th and 30th, I was never asked to set up follow up questions **** as " before or after on weekends or holidays" apparently they set those themselves and with a payday falling on the 30th so I dont get paid until the 31st they pulled all the money on the 28th, sending my account negative for 3 days rather that just the one day the 30th-31st would have been. when contacted about this and asking that they just cancel that and pull it out again on the 30th, I was basically told to bad, we have it set as this so your fault or not we wont help even though I still would have had them pull the money on the day I was guided to believe was correct. The main frustration is that nobody lost if they would have just said oh okay and pulled it on the 30th instead im stuck with nothing and they have their ****** 2 days earlier than they would have.EarnIn

I was under the assumption that the Earnin debts would be repaid once I received my check from my job. It was not and Earnin left me negative to over $500. They said they couldn't (and wouldn't) do anything about why my repayment date was earlier than the day I am scheduled to be paid. They also didn't have an answer to explain WHY it was happening. This isn't the first time it has happened to me. I'm frustrated and more than likely will never use this app again. I don't feel supported, and the run around of trying to figure out why all of this is happening is too much. Good luck if you continue to use.EarnIn
