    I was told by an employee that I was able to take a certain amount and when I tried they cut my funding after I had made plans around that money leaving me in a bad situation.. when I showed them the screenshot they stopped talking to me altogether, do not use this company they are scamming people

    This company is honest and upfront. I've had multiple communications with customer service.The times I've been left frustrated, were the times I was being financially irresponsible.If you can hold yourself accountable and learn some financial literacy, you'll be good to go with this company. I haven't had an "issue" in over 3 years with Earnin. They communicate EXACTLY how much you will be paying back and EXACTLY when it expected to be paid back. My advice - live within your means and use this service only during dire situations. If you're using it to live above your means, it will come back to bite you.
