Google will not take down a review that is absolutely false and misleading. We have asked several times for them to remove this misleading and false review and another review from what seems to be a bot account with no other reviews. We are seeking the Google remove both this misleading and false review. Along with the bot account review. Both reviews are from people who we never completed a transaction with. The one review was used as leverage by someone to try and get their nonrefundable deposit back. We make that very clear when you sign our contract. The review was used to slander and blackmail us back for money that was non refundable. The other is a bot account.Business Response

I was charged for a subscription that I told Google that I had not subscribed to I was charged 3 times a weekly charge of $21.76 . I had a Google business page. I was told it was suspended due to deceptive content. However, it did not indicate what specifically was the issue. I made the updates to my account and all it said was my appeal was not accepted. It gave no explanation and did not give me a chance to try and correct the issue. I tried numerous times to contact them. They do not have a phone number. Ive emailed them many times and all I get is the same robotic response . Google Play ****** has been taken $15.94 from me. For the last 5 months I tried to cancel it every month and the same thing every month. They still keep doing it. I canceled it at their website. Then I called the bank. The bank tried to stop. They said, I can't stop payment on it. I will have to probably get a whole new account or something. And then I called, she said, call them. I called Google. You can't get through to them. I called **********, and when you called, you get this annoying voice and then for the. Refund, you have to hit 1 and 5 . And then it says, thank you for calling Google. We're closed. I have called them at least fourteen times and the last four months. And I get the same thing every time.I have tried other options and you still can't get to a live person too to discuss your situation. I am a paying customer of ********************** Voice through Google Workspace. For several months now, Google Voice has been automatically changing our business service address to an incorrect location over 10 miles away. We have corrected the address multiple times through the Google Voice settings and submitted feedback repeatedly, but the system continuously reverts it back.This is not only frustratingit directly affects the integrity of our business records and could impact compliance or emergency service accuracy. I had subscribed to a free trail subscription with Google play store I subscribed to premium yt1 (Ask me anything-Ai chatbot) on April 12 2025 I immediately unsubcribed on April 12 2025 inorder to avoid being charged for Auto billing which was ***** three days later I was charged ***** on my debit card and it was locked also but I was still charged even though I followed there rules and procedures by canceling be April 15 2025 which was when the charges occurred I've spoken to my bank they told me to speak with them is spoke with them several times everytime they deny me a refund even though I followed proper procedures last person I spoke with was someone named ***** from *************************************************************************************** he said he was unable to assist me any further i spoke to him about it being a unauthorized billing transaction but he never addressed the issue my order # is GPA.3346-2316-6842-35487 I'm just needing any assistance possibly to try to get a refund because I have tried everything I could possibly think of including filing a complaint with FTC so I'm hoping you all can help possibly I do have saved emails of all conversations and cancelation agreements if needed.. I am rejecting this response because: I have reached out several times to the support team they have continously denied my claim i will send out my case number again to see if we can come to a resolution but I feel enough effort is being applied so that is why I'm rejected this response the information I have provided should be sufficient I've provided evidence I've spoken to several support team members they all say there's nothing they can do I've even requested to speak to a supervisor or someone higher in branch of command no luck they have investigated my claim several times still coming to the conclusion that there's nothing they can do so I'm repeating the same actions I've been taking so I feels like it's going know where and if it was really a concern finding my case number shouldn't be a problem i just feels like a lack of effort unfortunately so I reject tell there is something better like simply we can refund ur money that was charged without your consist it was a unauthorized billing transaction and we will make it right not meaning to be rude in anyway but google is worth trillions of dollars it's just sad to me that a company as big as this company is can't refund ***** to someone that struggles to have extra income it just doesn't feel genuine.

How can they allow a fraud business to steal an address and name of a legit business and advertise it all through their web page.
