      This complaint is against Google Ads.
      We are a small dental clinic that uses google ads for advertising our services. We are located in a fairly remote area, so most people would only know about us via the ads (**************).
      We had our google ads account for about 4 years now, but about 3 months ago, our Google Ads account was hacked by unknown cybercriminals, who tried to run illegal ads campaign (promoting something crypto-related). Google immediately suspended our account, and ever since then, we have been trying to reinstate our account, to no avail.
      When we call google ads, they direct us to fill out a form to reinstate the account, and the website states that someone will get back to us in 3-5 days. We then get an email confirmation, which states the same thing. After the first time we submitted our form, and since then, we would call google ads, who would tell us to wait 3-5 days, or to fill out a form. We have filled out 20 forms already and have had no resolution. Our account is still suspended. When we call, we are unable to reach anyone past the customer service desk at google ads, who only tell us to fill out a form and are unable/unwilling to elevate the issue.
      Having no ads for 3 months has driven our Dental practice into the ground, we have used up all of our money reserves and we are at wits end. We are trying BBB as our last-ditch effort to try and reinstate our ads.

      I cancelled my YouTubeTV subscription within minutes of my credit card being billed. The charge was only pending and not posted to the credit card.       I have gone through the proper channels to correct my business physical address, and have sent edit requests only for it to get rejected due to "google unable to verify" or when an edit is approved and published within 24 to 48 hours it is changed back to what it was yet my requests for a correct publication is 10 to 20 days and another 3 to 5 for publishing.
      there are 5 different address cards on my business property going to different addresses and this is impacting me due to my business depending on exact and specific physical location.
      none of these cards have my exact physical address location all are displaying fake/ false locations

      Around August 12, 2022 I upgraded my GoogleOne subscription to 2 Tb from 100 Gb because there was a promotion to get a free google nest hub. Today I was told from Google that I needed an annual subscription to qualify, however this information was not made available at the time that I signed up for the upgraded service. I was told from a representative that I needed an annual subscription after he had escalated my issue, but this was never told to me prior to my purchase of the monthly subscription

      Purchased a Google Pixel 6 Pro from AT&T in Feb 2022. Phone is now having issues and not working properly. Contacted carrier and they explained that I needed to contact manufacturer directly for warranty exchange. Tried calling several phone number for Google Customer service but unable to reach any live person at every number. Finally got to a website where they claim to offer support via chat box. After going thru several trouble shooting steps, phone still not working. Spoke with rep name ******** and someone to claimed to be a manager name ****. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They wanted to send me back to the store. after i explained that the store sent me to them, they wanted me to send them my phone and wait 10 days for them to inspect to make sure there was no damage before they would replace it!! this is ridiculous. I explained to them that this is my business phone and cannot be without a phone for 10 days. They proceeded to ask me for proof of purchase! I told them it has been 6 months and had no idea where the receipt would be. Said they could not help me!!! this is by far the Worst Customer service i have ever experienced in trying to get a warranty phone replaced! I will NEVER recommend GOOGLE Phones to anyone because although the phone works great, the Customer service and return process is the HORRIBLE! Still have a phone that is NOT working properly that I have to figure out what I am going to do with it

      This is an ongoing billing issue with the vendor. They claim and bill data usage at a metered rate of $10/GB of data used and that is prorated for units under 1GB. Their app says I used 1.4GB of data at this point in time when their same app and operating system (Android 12) only adds up to 1GB. There's a 40% difference in usage and so a 40% increase in cost. A quick search on the internet and this appears to be a common issue with them. They are defrauding customers across they're multi million person user base. If you're a firm that charges customers based on a meter, one would expect that it has to be a working meter and one that ties out to itself, which is not the case here.

      Was unable to be approved for google ** services for unknown reason and my credit score is over 711 with Experian.. google wouldn't give me a reason why or send me a letter of why.. it could be the fraud alert and told me call the credit bureau which I did and I don't have any negative information or anything bad on my credit file

      Nature of my dispute is GOOGLE continues to harass my business everyday multiple times a day. I've spoke to them on many occasions asking them to please stop calling, put me on do not call list and their agents laugh and call even more disrupting my clients and tying up my business lines with harassing calls. This has been going on for more than a year! I do not know how to get them to stop I report them, emailed, sent chat and it just gets worse. I need help to stop them from harassing my business at this point they are doing it on purpose. Waiting on line for 5 hrs to not then speak to an agent but they can call multiple times a day from several different number. I block them and they find other numbers to use. I've lost business due to this! The only way I know it's a customer is if they text me. My clients will not longer call because of this. Please help! I want them to stop contacting my business.

      Using a service called workspace and I had a broad array of issues that never got resolved with it. When I asked to speak to a manager they still did not want to escalate the issue so now I am stuck with a product that doesn't fully work but I'm still charged a monthly fee for it. They refused to discuss the matter over the phone which caused me 2 to 3 hours of time wasted over chat which didn't resolve the problem. The entire scenario was just insane. Not sure why common sense doesn't get used in scenarios where you can't quickly resolve something. Who do you know that has time to chat with someone for 3 hours about something and not get a solve for it?

      I would like to say that Google has thousands of games on their platform that offer cash prizes. When you play the game you have to watch hundreds of ads and they collect money on people watching those ads but when it comes down to you cashing out you do not get a damn penny. This has to be some kind of fraud and should be illegal. I have flagged a lot of these games and reported them to Google for it being fraudulent and Google has done nothing. I have won over 100000 and have been paid nothing. I believe Google permits these games because the game creators have to pay Google to use their platform, and I am holding Google responsible because they have ignored every flag I have made. I will be suing Google for the 100000 I have won. I am attaching one example of the many that I have.

      I have contacted Google over and over there is not an issue purchasing an app from the Play Store they issue a hand is I download games from the Play Store these games inside the Play Store offer cash prizes*************************** for completing certain levels I have attached in the *** form the screenshots of the awards that I have made and nothing has been paid out I have contacted Google in Google over and over with no success about this it's ridiculous that you're not even understanding what I'm trying to say if you want to contact me call me ************ because I want my money

      Before making any purchase on Play, the user agreed to Google Play's terms of service which states that,
      "Each time that you purchase Content, you enter into a separate sale contract:
      (f) with the Provider of the Content you have purchased (in the case of App Sales)."
