    Erin was very helpful when I couldn’t figure out why my account was closed. She stayed on the phone with me for quite a while until I was able to complete the renewal process on my own. The service itself is superb and very helpful.

    I was really having some issues using the app on their website. So I connected with a chat agent, Abraham and this fellow was so helpful and stayed in the chat to educate me about scams and scammers for over 15 minutes. Maybe even 30 minutes. He was helpful, polite, patient, kind, and thoughtful in our conversation and his support gave me a foundation for moving forward in my searches. And confidence to move forward in dating. He was phenomenal!
