    It started off with an little problem of my card being declined, then found out 2 days later it was processed and I had missed out on the 3 day trial I was charged for.
    I contacted Social Catfish by email, explained what happened and they were more than helpful. Even though I had cancelled my membership, they gave me some free searches for the missd trial period.
    Even beyond that, Erin called and helped me regain access to my account, spending close to 30 minutes with me.
    The service they offer is invaluable and my personal contact with them has been helpful and courteous. If you want to verify the identity of someone who is messaging you on line, Social Catfish is the place to go!

    Classic romantic and financial catfish scam. Very sophisticated and persistent. Was well-prepared by Social Catfish information and tips alerting me to look for discrepancies in communication, photos, etc. They became quite obvious if one knows what to look and listen for. Thank you.

    I had doubts on a person I met online. I used Google's reverse image search and Tineye and found nothing. Something just didn't seem right with this person so I joined your service and wow she was fake as hell. I wholeheartedly would recommend your service to anyone that had doubts like I did. Anyway thank you and glad I only wasted a few days with this fake person online.

    I think this site is really helpful but the person I was looking up there's so many different people using that name and so many different locations and so many different ages that it really didn't help me out a whole lot for this particular person

    I had an excellent experience by doing a reverse image and social search. It saved me hours and I was able to delete people on a CHRISTIAN dating app that were catfishes!

    Erin was extremely courteous and helpful! My journey through a potential identity of a
    scammer-by-texting, after discovering me on Facebook*, has been quite a challenge! An
    incorrect spelling on the searching report brought up more major issues!! Erin walked
    me through the steps to follow so Social Catfish can correctly determine and successfully
    report the facts needed for a "scammer" identification. Thank you, Erin
    *yes, I do wish that his Facebook account could be researched - surely that would bring
    more authenticity and easier for Social Catfish to follow. We 'spoke' to each other through
    Messenger.

    I have been involved in a romance scam and learned today of another women who was involved in a scam with the same individual. I decided to reach out to Social Catfish and connected with Makayla who was able to help me with various information on agencies to contact to get the word out on this scammer. I figure there must be more women who have been scammed by him and therefore pray he can be caught!
    I cannot tell you how pleased I am that someone listened to me, answered my questions and provided me with appropriate information that may just help get this guy! Makayla was incredible and I just want to thank her and thank Social Catfish for helping me today.
    Good luck to all of those who have been or are now being scammed . Don’t give those horrible people a dime!
