  I used Catfish for a scammer that found me on Facebook. I couldn’t find anything on the name that was used. I may not have used the site correctly. I don’t feel I will use the site again, but if I ever need information on someone, I will use Catfish for it. The women that helped me was Erin. She was helpful and made the cancellation process so easy. It is good to use a company like yours that makes life easier. Thank you. **

  Hello my name is ********;
  I was totally in the dark trying to find solutions on my image search and address search, getting nowhere feeling like I was in a catch 22.
  Then I called your 800 number and got connected right away to one of your operators. She was extraordinary! I asked For her name, because I wanted to give this review!
  I believe that one should l be commend when they go a bit further than just duty and make the client feel that they are being heard , not just serviced.
  Her name is Priscilla G, not only did she resolve what I was looking for, she also gave me more of her time, to listen, to concord on research and solutions I said I was going to attempt .
  I’ve got to be honest with you guys... before speaking with Priscilla I was a little bit unsatisfied, because I couldn’t see my Image search and was weary of going to the web that contained also the image because I was leaving your site, yet thanks to her I was able to complete my search and feel totally satisfied!

  The website is easy to navigate. User freindly. I actually got some very helpful unexpected information. After I found the information I sought, I called customer service for assistance to cancel my subscription. Erin, with whom I spoke, was knowledgeable, courteous and genuinely interested in being sure I had received the help I needed. I will definitely recommend Social Catfish for people wanting to verify who they are communicating on the internet.

  I spoke with Erin today. She was a great help and did what she could to help me. My son has been catfished and can't think straight to se the fraud in his "girlfriend". Erin was very kind and understanding. Very helpful with what I could do. Thank you all so much for all you do!

  My search confirmed my doubts ..I discovered this guy was using an American author, Gerald Rogers pictures, videos etc.

  I am writing this review to try to be as thorough as possible with my experience with social Catfish. I was brought to this website after trying to do an image search. The advertisements seemed like it was exactly what I was looking for. I uploaded the image and waited for it to conduct its search. The website stated it had less than 100 possible matches. That seemed great! So I ended up paying the $5.99 to see my results. After paying their site continued searching for more results. And at the time I canceled my membership, I was over 400 results. I had the membership for about 7 minutes and was completely disappointed with what was the results after paying compared to what was promised prior. I canceled the membership and conducted my investigation using other free sites and was able find the person. I reached out to social catfish and requested a refund. They gave me "more credits" but I declined and continued on with my request for a refund. And was later denied again because technically I received a product. Even though I didn't use it. They offered to help me with my results. But I did not need that because I had found the person I was looking for other ways. Their refund policy is non existent. And their reviews are very fake on most of these sites especially bbb. I want to make sure people know that their company is a scam and to read their terms and conditions before purchasing. Very sketchy company and I can provide any one with the data of the conversation I've had with this company.
