    On February 4 I purchased a clarifying device and paid $65.96 for the product and Ive been waiting and contacting the seller for the past couple of weeks trying to find out whats going on and why I didnt receive the product only last week theyre telling me they received a delay, but they did not state that before final product and prior to me waiting and which I saw they did not even send out the products And send me companies not supposed to do that if I saw that you know whats going on with your product I did buy purchase some other products and those packages already have came to me and I believe that Im being scammed by this company this is the first time day. I actually impression from the company and it was something that I believe that was good for me and my family to get And I I requested a refund. I emailed them over eight times I emailed them and I havent got no response just theyll get back to me and Ive been completely ignored.

    I ordered 3 Clarifion Units back on January fifth, 2023. I kept visual track of the mailing status. As of Wednesday, January 11th for the following reason: Addressee Unknown Then today (Saturday, January 14th, 2023): Your item could not be delivered to the intended recipient or returned to sender. It has been disposed of by USPS.At This Time, I Am Requesting A Full Refund, Since it is within the time frame of your Refund/Exchange policy.     On 9/27/22 I made an online purchase to this company for three plug in units that were guaranteed to attach ions to dust particles thus eliminating dust from the home. I have had them plugged in from the same day I received them, a few days after I ordered them I received them. Yesterday 11/14/22 I notices one unit was not working. None of these units have any dust on them and there is no dust on the wall or floor as this company advertised they would. My complaint is that on 11/14/22 I reached out to customer service wanting to return these units and a refund. I received a response saying someone would be with me shortly. That was 20 hours ago.     These do not work. They don't do anything that was advertised. It says that you will know they are working because there will be particles around them. There is nothing! I check them daily and there has never been anything. Also, half of them the lights don't even turn on so I know for a fact they aren't working. Some have a blue light and some don't. I have contacted the company and got no response. There was a money back guarantee but they never respond so you can't actually get your money back.My orders were $103.80 and $61.69.

    I do not know what N/C means but I am assuming it means at no cost to me and they will send me working devices and not more defective ones. I will accept them sending me working devices within a timely manner.

    DITTO!!!! This company is a total SCAMMMMMMMM. I made the mistake of ordering this product and once I realized it was fraudulent, misrepresented and they charged additional fees that they do not tell you about upfront, I IMMEDIATLEY called them and cancelled the order, literally less than 10 mins from purchasing it. While on the call I was advised that there is another department that handles it that they would have to call me back within 24 hours. This did not happen!! I called them every day to follow up for more than 2 weeks and still NO return call was ever received and I continued to get the same exact response. I have ******** names, dates and times of my calls. I also contact my CC company who immediately filed a dispute. It was not until 5 weeks later, **** showed up at my door with a package, I asked who it was from as I was not expecting anything. Low and behold it was Clarifion's products. I blatantly refused the package and she wrote on it "refused" documented it and took it back to her truck. That was 2 months ago and today I receive charges on my CC again from this company for their product. I DO NOT have your c*** nor will I ever do business with you again!!! It was sent back to you as refused!! You had better check your return mail, update your CS policies and procedures and get your c*** together or this company will NOT be in business long. They are the most unresponsive, unprofessional, fraudulent and the worst company I have ever dealt with. I contacted my CC again today and they will NOT be paying your charges. I AM WARNING EVERYONE .... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I am only giving them a 1 star because the website makes you provide one. Left up to me they would get a negative 100.

    We're very sorry that you feel scammed.  We do have our return policy clearly notated on our website under RETURNS. Once an order has been entered into our system, our team has absolutely no way to stop the order. However, our policy asks that you contact us when you receive the item so that we can ensure a smooth process for returning and refunding you.



    That being said, since you did not obtain an RMA number from us the warehouse has no way to identify your order for us. We use third party carriers, which is why an RMA number is critical to your refund.


    However if you have disputed your order through your credit card, they will make a determination and will alert both parties. At that time, we will immediately honor their decision.


    We're so very sorry for this confusion. We will await the bank's notification and take the proper resolution steps at that time.

    Purchased several of the Clarifion air purifiers which plug into wall outlets.The result was a **** dusting occurring on the units and spreading onto the wall next to the outlets. We could not wash it off the wall and have to repaint.The company said it was past 30 day trial , so would not refund money nor would the help with the cost to repaint.This seems like an easy way out for a company with problem products. Other people need to know this too.

    Thank you for your email.  Please be sure to read our FAQ - the black dust is the ions being removed from your environment.  There are cleaning instructions on our website.  The black dust is how you know the unit is actually working.  There should be no need to paint - this dust should have washed off simply with soap and water.

    The cleaning of the Clarifion unit is not the problem.

    The company keeps ignoring that the wall next to the outlets is stained with the **** material which we can not wash off.

    we have to repaint. I have sent them photos 

     of the stain on the walls, but their response keeps ignoring that part and potential buyers need to know this problem.

    Thank you for your response.  We can only speak to the fact that the black dust that falls from the negative ions is easily cleaned with soap and water.  Please be sure you plugged this item into a grounded 110-volt outlet (per our installation instructions).  The particles are simply dust like particles and are not known to cause property damage.

    I bought 6 Clarifion gadgets to help with allergies where I live. It says it "removes" them from your home. I guess it has been about six weeks, but I can tell they do NOT work!!!! There was a guarantee so I requested a refund. They only give you 30 ******** am so upset they are getting away with FRAUD! I was away at my grandson's graduation when they arrived so I missed out on the first 5 days. How can you know within 30 days if it works or not, anyways? I want the public to be aware of this ************** should either make the product to perform what they guarantee, or remove them from shopping sites. I have not even used 3 of them, because I was going to put them in my grandson's house. BUT THEY DON"T WORK!!!!
