    I placed this order on December 10th and money was withdrawn from my account. After not recieving a confirmation I contacted the comapny. They finally sent a reciept on Dec 26th showing my order number and that the order would arrive by the 23rd. I have also attached the order tracking which I did today (1/3/25) and it says last updated 12/20/24 it was still in printing stage. I have written multiple emails They continue to put me off even though I have told them it has been well over the 10 days. There guarantee also attached.

    I have been a creator with this company since the year 2020 andin the last year, I have had several (more than 6) instances where things had to be corrected on their end. The last 3 issues have lead to them sending me an email stating it would be resolved within 24 hours, though nothing has been done for several months. And lastly, I have an order placed on 12/17/2024 for the amount of $60.97, which has been stuck in a pending / production state since the order was created. I have reached out to the company in over 12 emails asking them to resolve all of the issues and finally to give me a refund. They refunding the shipping cost of $7, and kept the rest. I am demanding a full refund and then to close my account completely, as I do not want any association with this company at all. They have also resulted in my getting zero sales as my audience does not trust the company due to these issues. I expect the refund to be given promptly without delay, and then immediately after, my account to be closed. This company has proven to be not interested in the patrons or concerns of the creators what-so-ever, and is in the practice of avoiding any resolution, while quickly accepting payments of which nothing is produced from it.

    on December 4, 2024, I purchased a sweatshirt for merchandise for the Triggernometry podcast. they began processing it on December 5 continued processing it on December 6 and theres been no movement on it since I have sent numerous emails requesting help. I attempted to do a live chat and nobody showed up on the other end. The phone number listed as customer service is not valid. I bought two sweatshirts one has been processed and shipped.

    I placed this order on November 8, 2024. I received this confirmation with the message the expected delivery date was Nov. *****. When I did not receive the order, I contacted the site as per their instructions on customer assistance. I have sent multiple emails as well as "chat" on the site. Each time, I get the response that my order is "printing" and I would receive a message when it has shipped. It has been "printing" for over a month now. The only other response I have received is that "due to abundance of holiday orders....." this was place WELL before the holidays. In fact, this was to be a birthday present for my husband. I have included the confirmation with the order number below.     Company charged me, provided ship and delivery date. Product never shipped. It's been over a month. I requested refund, Company has not refunded me. This is a fraudulent company with terrible business practices if any.

    Ordered 11/20/2021 I ordered a T-shirt. I have followed up with them via email several times. The states ot was print on demand. It has not even been printed or shipped. I have asked for the shirt and partial refund. They said they would do so but have not yet.
