    If this "business" isn't a scam, then they are just downright inept and predatory.I purchased a couple of items (t-shirt, hoodie) from BraverMountain Mushing on March 8, 2025.Part 1 of 3 On their website, Spring states the following: "Fulfillment GuaranteeFulfillment time is the time it takes to produce an order and prepare it for shipment. We guarantee to produce all orders and provide a shipping tracking number within 10 business days of the order date. Please note that fulfillment time doesn't include the time it takes for an order to be delivered. To check your order status, view tracking information, or make changes to your order, visit **************************************** and enter the order number provided in the order confirmation email."As of today, July 13, 2025, it has been 4 months 5 days, or 18 weeks 1 day, or 127 calendar days since my order. I have not received items, or a refund, despite multiple contacts which are detailed in depth below:March 8, 2025 - Items ordered, received "Thanks for your order!", email said I would be emailed when order shipped March 25, 2025 - I sent an email in the same thread as my order confirmation as I had not heard from them, "Hi there,Just checking in on the status of my order. Thanks!"

    If I could give zero stars, I would. TeeSpring used to be a great company. I ordered regularly for my small business, and recommended their service to everyone who asked about my shirts. Once it was bought out by AMAZE, the service went downhill quickly. Orders that used to take a couple of weeks now take months, if you even get your product at all. I placed an order on February 20, 2025. I have yet to receive it. I asked for a refund for my order on June 15, after 4 months of being promised that my order was "in production". It is now July 12 and I have not received my refund either. Do not order from Spring if you want your products.

    I wouldn't give them 1 star if I didn't have to and I'm reporting them because they said after 3 months that I would get my refund in 5-7 days and nothing after 14 days almost... *****

    4-30-25 Ordered 3 tank tops to support a friend's business from Spring by Amaze. Worst experience ever! st shirt I canceled immediately after ordering because the order was wrong, I re-did the order for 2 correct shirts & still have yet to receive anything in the mail or any sort of refund from the 1st order. I have reached out to customer service requesting a ********************* for these shirts which show as still in production & continue to get the run around from any *** I deal with. Your company is awful & a total scam. I have no idea why someone would even consider using Spring to print their merch. I am out $95 & some change at this point. I've passed this along to my bank's fraud **** & have no idea what the hold up is on any sort of refund and now it 7/11/25.

    Adding my voice to these complaints of orders not being processed. I ordered from them in May 2025 and it is now July and nothing has been sent. Multiple emails to their support got nowhere. They just said they were sorry and there were delays. Finally requested a refund and cancellation through ****** and was granted a refund. I closed my shop with them so no more of my followers would get scammed. I had used them for 7 years but something has broken with their system.

    Initially the shirt I ordered came over a month late, and after I emailed asking for a refund. ***** and the team were able to get my order sent out, but I had mistakenly ordered the wrong size. They offered to reprint the shirt in the correct size for me at no extra cost and told me to keep the shirt I already received. Though it told longer than expected, I am happy with the customer service and the product I ordered.

    2 months an no items- multiple attempts to reach the company with only a bot and no way to message anyone. This is terrible customer service and I will never use them again. They double charged me from the beginning so now I have to attempt to get my money back. Very questionable business practices- DO NOT use this for your fundraising!!

    ****************. Ordered a product expected to come 23 days ago still hasnt come. Useless support agents who tell you the same thing each time. Im asking for a refund and no response. Support team and contact is atrocious especially with the chat bot.

    Unfortunately, as many other reviewers, I also ordered a t-shirt on May 22, 2025, a month later and the order still shows that is printing. I have contacted them to cancel the order, and I have not received a straightforward response. I would not recommend ordering from this seller and is sad because I really wanted to support the Garden State Tortoise recuse.
