    My experience with HOME WARRANTY SERVICES WAS EXCELLENT. Mr. **** is rated with five stars. He is very patient ,kind, and has a pleasant personality in communicating with the customers.

    Predatory letters and business. They send urgent letters in order to trick people into signing up for a policy that does not actually provide any financially advantageous protection. They use illegitimate or trick statements to lure customers and convince them that they need to pay.

    I called to file 2 claims one for electrical and one for plumbing because my house is 125 years old and no human answered my call. The answering machine took my info and nobody called me back. I called at 8:30am. They sent me an username and password that doesn't work because they needed my email address but they don't offer that link and never sent me the code. This was for *****. But anyway Home Waranty Services doesn't have a website where I can create an account and summit claims. They only want my $235.00 I am paying monthly. I want them to process my claims and fix what they promised or I will contact the authorities. Why don't you allow the customers to summit their claims online and want them to call you if you never answered. I had read negatives reviews here about lost calls when customers are trying to make claims and you asking them the same thing over and over.

    Very rude very unprofessional very predatorial. ****** was very professional, but I believe her boss was the rude or professional, spoke to my wife, as she was less than a person, but wouldnt speak to me could muster that same energy I would not choose this company if it was the last company in the world

    Was called from a local number to buy a plan. Informed the sales lady their reviews were awful. She basically told me I was lying and hung up on me. Real nice customer service

    **** **** was very patient and helpful in sorting out a very confusing situation by eliminating an account that I had inadvertently duplicated, so his service was absolutely 5 star. However, when I later tried to file a new claim, I was unable to reach the claims ***** There was a problem communicating with the claims rep ******* He would answer the phone and ask who he was speaking with, but then there would be no response. A keyboard could be heard in the background, for maybe a minute or so, then the call would disconnect. This happened several times. Tried calling a different number and got someone to initiate the claim, but then the call disconnected again and I decided to wait and call back another time.
