**** **** was a very pleasant person to talk with on the phone . He broke down everything for me and even when I didn't understand ( being a new homeowner) he kept explaining till it became clear to me without frustration . I hit some unexpected life events and wanted to cancel my warranty service. **** **** was extremely empathetic and patient while I explained how the unexpected life events made it difficult to budget for the future at this time. If it would have been any other circumstances, I would be able to move forward however, with such tight finances my cancelation was quick, easy, and guilt free in such a stressful time in my life.
