    These people are not very nice. They really ignore you if you are trying to cancel the policy. I told them in the beginning I could not afford the $224/mo because Im an 80 yr old. Was told I could cancel anytime to just look over the policy. They refuse a certified letter to cancel. How do you get the letter to the right person. Any advice???

    Are you kidding me?? Some sales person called my eldery mother, talked her into a $400 ** home warranty that she doesn't need. Started calling her to collect money and asked to speak to me, her daughter. So I called in to cancel her account and they refused to talk to me, said my mom had to call in even though my mom was with me when I called. Then the lady hung up on me. So I called back and the next *************** up on me. This is a company of crooks who are only trying to take your money. This is appaling! I don't even think it is a legitamate company.

    Well, we received this "Final Notice" from this company which packaged the letter to look like some sort of negative legal service correspondence to get you to open the envelope. Once I found that it was a warranty service, I decided to give them a call since I live in an older home. They play "good cop, bad cop". The first person I spoke to was very pleasant but when I insisted that I read the service agreement before I released a down payment, he transferred me to his "financial advisor" who was just plain rude. He asked whether I had written down any information when I was speaking to the first representative and if I was having a bad day. I tell you, that red disconnect call button is a Godsend. The bottom line is any company who pressures you for money is up to no good. Don't bother with this company. If I could give them negative stars, I would.

Our company policy is to hire individuals who not only respect our customers but also lead by example whether in a management position or an hourly employee. That being said, we are so sorry that you had a negative experience with one of our finance mangers. Our goal is the total satisfaction of our customers, and to provide a positive experience, For not only our pre existing customers but also our new customers as well. The company wants to formally apologize for the bad experience you had. An moving forward we will make sure all employees meet the companys standards on how to speak to customers.

    so, when i first signed up with this company i did not know what to expect. when i got my booklet in the mail, i looked on the BBB and seen some of the below complaints, but to be straightforward, ive never been with an agency who caters to my needs like HOME WARRANTY SERVICES. i am an older person who does not have a lot of money and this company has saved me thousands of dollars in repair bills and even replaced my stove with a brand new one. people simply do not realize how much money they wqould save if they had this plan because it covers so much. without this plan, we spend wayyyy more in repairs, or even replacing appliances. plumbing agencies and electrical agencies cost a lot of money and because of covid, EVERYTHING seems the cost has inflated. so i am thankful for this program.
