This is a scam that pray on the elderly and when I called to cancel for my 70+ year old mother, they said I had to wait for the packet came in to cancel and when I did the person I talked to said I needed to call from her phone did this and then they would not do to her not answering the phone when I tried to give her the phone for them to verify they would not talk to her and when I told them she already had plan from someone else the were all ready to cancel them by 3rd party but when I told them it was there plan I wanted to cancel everything change and one excuse after another why I couldn't after this will be reporting to the ** for my stateHome Warranty Services
