    I bought these lites also and within a week after it rained they wouldnt work. I called and also got the run around and they waited till after the 30 day return policy before they returned my calls but I had sent them video and everythjng of how ********* wouldnt work. They did finally send me a replacement but only after I purchased a **** warranty. I didnt put them out til the beginning of June this year and after the first rain we got the same **** thing happened they flutter real fast and the lite is so dim u cant see it and some wont even turn on. I paid over 250 bucks and these lites are junk. I would like a full refund but Im sure they wont give it to me even tho I bought a warranty. Waiting to hear back from them its a joke.

    Would give negative 5 stars if I could. Total scam company. Been fighting with them for weeks to get a refund. They finally offered me a compromise of a 50% refund - and of course they aren't crediting my credit card back. Countless emails, countless calls... had to go back to my credit card company to get further involved - this company is the absolute worst - complete and utter frauds.

    I bought 48 lights to install throughout my newly remodeled yard. I spent over $250 and inside of 6 months all the lights no longer function. Be warned! Great idea, poor product!

    I recently tried to order solar outdoor lights from this company called Brightology on line. I filled in my info up to method of payment which is paypal but I didn't finish the order because I was also looking at Amazon and their prizes are a lot cheaper and more variety. I received an email from Brightology confirming my order and from paypal saying it was charged to my account and paid already. I contacted Paypal and entered a claim to get the money back and was told I should contact the company while they are trying to resolve it. I tried calling their number can't get thru and the website says shipping is non refundable and they will take 15% for each product for restocking fee. So to make story short,I'm paying for shipping to me, shipping back to them plus 15%restocking even if I did't order them in the first place! Ain't that a scam or what.

    This company should be put out of business for the scam practices. My husband placed and order with them and when we received it, was not to our liking. Their website shows "30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee" - what a joke!! I went through their live chat to find out how to return and was told can't be returned, due to health and safety practices. I informed them we are no longer in a pandemic and what health and safety practices were they referring to? Only responded with "can't return because they are "used" - WHAT?? - told them I just received, opened the pkg to look at them, and did not "use" them. Still won't allow a return! Offered to refund a miniscule portion of my money. Disgusting, criminal business practices. Should have an option for a NO star review.

    This is the worst lighting company ever. Its impossible to get a code to send your order back, they have no supervisors to talk to when you call, and the operator just says wait for them to call you. They dont reply with information in email or text messaging. What they do has to be illegal! Should be. Most pathetic company ever.

    Actually you dont take returns without certain info according to your website of which was not provided today. Furthermore, I was hung up on 2 x today and no call back! Absurd

    I bought 3 sets of these lights. I live in ** and it gets pretty hot here so in full sun the inside of the lights have melted and they have stopped working. There is no warning at all about the heat have that affect on the plastic. Only to make sure it gets a certain amount of sunlight. When I emailed the company they did respond quickly telling me they are out of warranty so there is nothing they can do. If you live where it gets over 95 during the day I would. It buy these lights.
