I purchased an adjustable bed frame I bought a year ago for $1000. It hasn't stopped working and I contacted customer service. I was told that they only had a 60 day warranty and there was nothing they can do but give me some helpful tips to try to troubleshoot it myself. I tried those but of course they did not work and now I'm stuck with $1000 piece of junk.Business Response

Bought this chair for my mother in law in November 2022. She has 2 bad knees, severe arthritis, Alzheimers and dementia. Within a few months, the massagers were jabbing into her back and legs. Its sad that Best Choice Products do not care that people spend $500 and receive a lift chair thats only meant to last just past their 60 day warranty. They said they didn't see cancelation due to their fast shipping practice. I placed an order #*******-94320265 for a Best Choice mattress. It has already started to sink in after such a short time. I started a return, but was just informed that it is my responsibility to pack the mattress that was sent to me shrunk-fit into a box a fraction of it's actual size. I was told I will encur additional fees for have ******* and Best Choice come pickup the mattress. I am not going to pay to have this defective mattress picked up. I will be filing additional complaints with the Federal Trade Commision against ******* and Best Choice Products -- and contacting a consumer news team. This is ridiculous.Business Response

I was given a refund by ******* and told I could keep or donate the mattress to a charity. I have contact ******* telling them how much I appreciate their honesty. I am rejecting BCPs response here because after researching reviews of this business, I found they have a way of dealing with returns of these horrible mattresses. First, they contact the consumer telling us we are responsible for repackaging the mattresses and hauling it to a ***** location. When the consumer points out the absolute absurdity of asking for the machine shrunk wrapped mattress to be put back in the box it came in which is impossible, BCP tells consumers they can have a truck come pickup their defective mattress at our expense. As you can see from their own words, Therefore, we will not require a return of the item. Simply discard at your discretion. In my opinion based on reviews, they do such to frustrate the consumer into just giving up trying to return the defective mattress for a refund. That way they can keep the money. This is so dishonest in my opinion. I will be forwarding a copy my my complete BBB complaint to ******* corporate alerting them of the tactics used by BCP. I am so sick of dishonest businesses trying to scam people. I am old enough to remember when a business would honor their word and the quality of their products even if it hurt them cost wise to do so. On 05/14/23 I ordered a Best Choice Products Solar Outdoor Bird Bath, Vintage Resin for $44.99 plus tax $2.70.I opened the box, decided I did not need that model as I had just received two other bird baths from BCP. I contacted the seller and enquirer about my refund and was sent a text (which I have) saying I would be refunded the amount that I was charged I received $2.70 as a refund!!!!! I immediately got on chat with customer service and asked to change the address, they could not due this. I then asked to cancel the order. I was told they could request for a cancellation but could not confirm. After less than 5 mins they could not help. I then asked for a number to call someone. They would not provide one. I went back to the web site found the number, I called a chose option number 2 , modify your order. We purchased a $200 Jeep ride on toy that barely lasted a year due to a battery that is faulty. I called the company and they told me they could not replace it or offer a replacement battery for me to purchase. They expect customers to buy a brand new $200 Jeep all over again or offer a mere 10% discount. It turns out others are having faulty battery issues and getting screwed over by this company. If you are going to sell junk that you cant even replace a battery then price it appropriately otherwise be willing to replace it. I asked for a replacement and received no help.Business Response
