I been trying to get my dogs registered as emotional support animals and I start answering questions and before I even finish reading any info they are calling me on the phone harassing me to sign up.

I joined them in late October of 2022, but my dog unfortunately died early November 2020. I contacted them because I adopted another dog, same breed and inquired if the could send me revised letters and cards with the new dogs name instead. I was told they couldnt, nor would the refund a portion of my money because of the short turnaround time that **** had been enrolled. The service year expires in Oct 2023. Im being told its illegal and I would have to pay all over again, and would not get a refund. So my question is, if you are issuing letters for emotional and service support documentation sight unseen, how is that legal. They just want money. Dont use them. Plus there was no empathy expressed from the **** when I told him my dog had passed away.American Service Pets

On-line application stated I qualified for service dog certification for my zip code. I was never referred to a medical professional. When I received the certificate, after payment, the certicate stated that: This certificate is for secondary proof only and should be used in conjunction with a letter from a certified and licensed doctor. Their website indicates that customer would be directed to a medical professional.I emailed to inquire about referral to a medical professional and this was their response:You have purchased al we can offer in your state .. I copied that from my email, so the missed spelled "al" is their misspelling.I chatted about a refund and was told they have a no refund policy.American Service Pets

I am very happy with my service provided by this company. I took the questionnaire 2 days ago and had to wait until today before having the money to pay for the service. Today, within an hour of payment, I was approved for a service animal. I would highly recommend anyone in need of a service animal to this company and I would gladly pay for their services again.American Service Pets

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!!!! I wouldnt even give one star if I didnt have to!no where online did it hint to me that I would be stuck with a mandatory ************************************** touch with a DR prior to approval. I of course paid prior and received an email within an hour that Ill need to form a relationship with a dr ***** to getting any *** paperwork approved. I am disgusted. I thought I had done my research and especially with how many times their website warned of scams I thought I was safe. Clearly not. Im moving out of my apartment in 2 days and just threw away hundreds of dollars. BE AWARE.American Service Pets

In your state, the law does require you to have a relationship with your provider for 30 days prior to issuing any documentation. Any other letter or document pertaining to your need for an *** given to you prior to a 30 day relationship is illegal. I applied online and was denied. They charged me $25 for the doctor review of my application. If I had known that there was a fee, I would not have applied with them and chose another company that offered a full refund if denied. What a racket!American Service Pets
