Was approved over the phone and told the letter and vest would arrive for my dog by the following Friday. It has been 2 fridays now and we still havent received anything. Also no one will answer the phone. Multiple messages have been left for us to be called back but we havent been.

Yes it's quick and easy application and you can avoid calling someone if you are uneasy talking to people but I was denied and was given no reason and the refund page does not work so not sure how it worksAmerican Service Pets

As for the refund process, we apologize for any confusion. Refunds are typically processed within 2448 business hours once the request is submitted. Easy but thorough process. Thank you for helping me get my German ********, *****, registered as my PSA/***. I most definitely Need ***** by my side when my panic attacks happen. She knows me so well when it happens, she presses her body into me for pressure comfort and she stays by my side for almost 12 hours to be sure I'm ok and the panic is fully gone.American Service Pets

they took my money several time without my knowledge! I lost money on a hotel I booked because they don't recognize that bs letter I tried calling several times I leave messages because you can't get anyone on the phone I had to sleep in a ******* parking lot because I couldn't get anyone on the phoneAmerican Service Pets

There are no hidden fees, and American Service Pets does not charge customers without full transparency and their acknowledgment of the terms.

I absolutely love American Service Pets. This is My Second Year Registering my baby Erry. It's a great way for me to take him everywhere. Especially when I feel anxious, or really stressed. He's the best ***** a Girl could have. I had a situation that Erry needed a companion and I just registered her for the first time. Horrible!!! I was denied from the start after an email of approval and they keep taking money from me and I cant get anyone to answer me to stop ! Im on hold for hours and then I get disconnected!!! Recommended by a friend. Easy to navigate and simple to use. Wish I did this over a year ago when I was first diagnosed. Landlord immediately recognized the validity of American Service Pets documentation and will now waive the pet fees involved. Very pleased with the outcome.
