All letters provided by our providers must follow specific guidelines under the Fair Housing Act (FHA) to ensure compliance with legal requirements. As such, our providers cannot modify the wording of approved letters beyond what is legally permitted.

Yes, so I recently went with this company to get my American bully puppy certified as my service animal. I did not get a chance use the letters that I received. But I want to say that they made it so easy and stress-free to go through the process to my puppy certified. They also got things done so so quickly I was truly truly satisfied and over filled with excitement from how quickly they were able toprocess everything. I have one more puppy to get certified and I pray that it is just as easy and as quick as it was forthe first puppy.American Service Pets

So far I have received nothing but a positive experience but I have had motel clerks questioning me about my dog and why I needed her to stay with me. So far I have refused to answer any of their questions and just moved to another motel that was more "pet friendly".American Service Pets
