According to our records, you requested to have the client record changed to your child's name. As our agent previously explained, we are unable to fulfill this request since we do not accept minors. When you completed your purchase online, you entered your name, confirmed that you were over 18 years old, and provided your date of birth. Based on this information, the provider was able to assess you and issue the letter accordingly.
We understand that this may be disappointing, and we apologize for any confusion. If there is anything else we can assist you with, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team.

As a retired disabled veteran, my dogs help me a lot. Nevertheless, Those of us with animals are unfairly penalized when it comes to health, security and safety. While not all institutions and housing honors even service animals, it is another layer of protection. American Service Pets made the process seamless.American Service Pets

I have used this service for 2nd time in last 5 years. They fixed my dogs breed with in minutes after emailing them to say it was wrong. Got a representative right away and she fixed the problem when I called.American Service Pets
