It was quick, easy and inexpensive until I got hit with 2 charges for services I did not order (approximately $50). My bank caught the charges and put a hold on my account because the charges looked suspicious. Now I have to wait to get a new credit card. This comes as I am getting ready to move and need my card to pay movers, etc. This is a crappy and dishonest way to do business.

As of right now, Im not feeling so confodent about this business. I ordered a *** housing cert and pit a rush on it. Tomorrow will be business day 4 of not receiving or hearing anything from them. I called to get a status and the man said an email was sent (me er found it) and that he would resend it and it would arrive in 15 min. To be sure to check my junk folder. An hour later and even confirming my email with himnothing. I will be turning this company in to the BBB if something doesn't take place soon. This is ridiculous.American Service Pets

I was registered in and charged for the two training courses ($25 Crown Point /$29.95 ******) but not by me. So far, my experience feels a lot like being scammed. I have requested this be addressed. Ask again later.American Service Pets

Very easy to get the letter from the doctor but be careful about a recurring charge of $*****/month for training. When I called they said it was past 7 days and could not refund the ***** that was charged in December and January. They did cancel the monthly charge. I asked to speak to a supervisor but they were not available and I was told they would put in a message and a supervisor will get back to me within 2 days. We'll see. I also asked for the name of the CEO and was told that there policy is that they don't have to give that out. They are support animals not service dogs so I don't know why training is mandatory. I was told it was a law.Just keep an eye on your charges.American Service Pets

I am so happy with the service this company provides. I was quickly approved with them! Then easily approved to have my new puppy at our apartment! Happy happy customer here! This is the ONLY site to go to for a certificate of emotional need for your dog or cat to be with you at all times. It is an extremely easy site to navigate and the doctor, Dr. ***** is FABULOUS!
