I would strongly recommend against using American Service Pets for your *** letter. American Service Pets accidentally gave us an *** letter for the wrong state twice in a row, each time collecting a non refundable $25 fee. After the first time, we spoke with their customer ********************** on the phone to ensure that this wouldnt happen again as we are in a time crunch. Less than 24 hours later, however, they messed up our request again after we directly told them which state we needed the the therapist who signs the *** to be in. Now we are out $50 and in a bad situation with the property manager whose apartment we are moving into all because of American Service Pets negligence. Stay away from this company if you dont want to be taken advantage of.American Service Pets

Yes its been over 10 days I still havent received my letter, that I paid for, I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone, send my letter, or give my $100.00 back now, !!! ***** *****, at !!!American Service Pets

I would give 0 stars if I could. They try upsetting every chance they get and even went as far as fraudulently charging my card $29.99 for training lessons that I didn't order. They try to threaten you telling you that your pets need to have training in order to be a service animal or you will get in trouble with the law. First of all, *** pets ARE NOT SERVICE ANIMALS! They do not need training! I suggest using someone else! I do not recommend this company. Now I have to waste my time trying to get my money back, but in order to do that they want my credit info again to charge me $1 to talk to someone. Are you f'ing kidding me!American Service Pets

People on the phone could sound a little more nicer, I spoke to about 3people and they all sounded tired bored and a little rude. Other than that everything was ok, I paid extra for fast service its been a week and I still have not received my pets certificate in the mail!American Service Pets
