The perfect place to go if you want your *** letter to take much more time than promised. I paid for rush processing and was promised my *** letter 24 hours after placing my order. Here I am 50 hours later and STILL have not received my *** letter. They even had the audacity to ask for a review BEFORE my order has been completed. Ive used US Service Pets in the past and recommend them. With them, I received my order within 6 hours. My advice to American Service Pets: dont over promise and under deliver.American Service Pets

First and foremost, I want to express our sincere apologies for any inconvenience or dissatisfaction that you may have experienced during your time with American Service Pets. We take your feedback seriously and understand that your satisfaction and well-being are paramount. We have a Rush Processing option for clients to choose, if they wish. The Rush Processing moves your application from the bottom of the providers stack and puts it closer to the top. We still must give the providers ***** business hours to process all applications. You did contact our customer ********************** department on 12/20/2023 and per notes on your account, the process was explained to you. You called again on 12/21/2023 and we did refund the rush processing, although it was not quite the 48 business hour timeframe. The provider did email you that evening. American Service Pets takes every concern seriously and we do absolutely everything that we can to ensure that each customer receives their purchased items in a timely manner. We cannot control **** and their deliveries but we do want to ensure that every customer receives the items that they have purchased. The service and support provided by American Service Pets has been seemless. The process was quick and easy and all my docuements were sent via email within 24 hours of my inital process. I had not had the same service elsewhere and highly recommend this company.American Service Pets
