Extremely friendly and very quick process my only concerns are how to go about getting my support home with me? Everyone has been great if I ask a question they have the answer! I didn't think about this step or if there was a process? Really wish there was more assistance available for 7 days a week maybe even evening hours would be nice very difficult for me with my schedule.American Service Pets

We do try to assist all customers concerns. We do have agents available Monday through Friday, 8:00am-7:00pm Central ******** Time. Our agents are eager to assist each client and help with any questions or concerns. I have a valid reason for having an *** but this company is so used to writing template scam letters that they wrote me a useless letter that didnt even remotely pertain to my medical condition. I reached out to customer ********************** and they refused to amend the letter to make it actually legal and in line with my chronic pain history. You will be getting a useless piece of paper from this place. Dont waste your money.American Service Pets
