5 starsIt has been wonderful having ****** with me wherever I go. She is a great little girl and very well behaved. People stop and say hello to her and want to pet her. She is very shy but doesn't mind people saying hello. She even went to the dentist with me and they all loved her too.Review fromTamara T

1 starTheir website is not transparent at all about what to expect. I am moving in a couple of weeks to ******* for work and need an *** certificate for housing. After paying for expedited processing (3 days) I received an email the next day from some doctor I never heard of from ********************* saying: "As a ********** resident, under AB-468 you are required to have a relationship with me for a minimum of 30 days for an *** letter to be valid. For this reason, I cannot issue you a recommendation for an *** until that 30-day requirement has been met. In the meantime, the American Service Pets team will be keeping you up-to-date with what to expect next, and how to move forward in the *** process once your letter is received. Should you need any assistance throughout the duration of the 30-day period please don't hesitate to reach out! Ill be following up with you throughout the month, so please add my email to your address book to ensure that you receive all of my communications.Sincerely,(name deleted in order to post this), Ph.D **** (deleted in order to post this)License: (deleted in order to post this)What?!? I stated clearly in my application that although I currently live in **********, the certificates are needed for my move to *******, I needed to have them in my possession prior to moving in, which is why I was ordering ahead of time.I called customer ********************** after waiting three days for my certificate, explained my situation, and asked for a refund. The woman I spoke with said I "should" receive a refund in @24-48 hours and can then reapply for a ******* certificate. Why would I want to work with this company again after what happened to me? Who's to say if they have a similar waiting period for that state? None of this "waiting period" language is present anywhere on their website. Had it been, I would never have done business with them! They are not transparent with their business practices, and I want a refund.Review fromNicole S
